Personal that understand the computer system , assistance to unhook was minimal and I didn't recieve a paper reciept when I ask for one. If recieving a paper reciept was a issue then they should have disclosed that , not at the time of drop off.

Everything is great except for the site they send you to take pictures. I have never gotten that to work with my iPhone. Getting in and out is fine because the people are great and the equipment has always done fine.
Walter BThat truck was nasty and filthy, cup holders were sticky and had food in the. Simply disgusting. I also turned the truck in early, the same day I rented it and was charged full price. Location wasn’t clear where to go, upstairs told me to go down a grass hill to a lower level for help to rent the truck since the upper level computers were down….but I had to turn they keys in back at the upper level, simply a confusing and odd rental location. Wouldn’t rent there again and I’m frustrated I didn’t get credit for the 2 days I didn’t have the truck in my possession.
Brent HWhen I started loading it the floor had oil and grease all over it so I spend several hours cleaning the floor.
