When I started loading it the floor had oil and grease all over it so I spend several hours cleaning the floor.

Miguel MThe check-in was smooth and quick. Completing as much information as possible, such as pictures of the driver's license, ahead of time helps the process. The truck was exactly as expected and similar to other U-Hauls I've rented before. The driveway is a bit tight to navigate, but I was able to park my vehicle during the rental. The area behind the office and down the hill is a WiFi dead zone - difficult to complete check-out. I recommend stopping in front to complete the drop-off before parking.
