frederick sI understand that this is not a provider policy, but rather a U-Haul policy, but they need to start making people return the trucks full of fuel. It is frustrating to pick up a moving truck with less than 1/4 tank of fuel and have to take time to immediately go fuel it up. It also makes it challenging to GUESS how much fuel you may or may not use so you can return it with the same amount. Just have people return with a full tank and apply a significant fee for not doing so, and that makes things much better for the next customer.

James SEntrance could be challenging because of traffic, but I ended up having no problem.

Kevin GThe interior of the cab could be cleaned better in particular the interior windows. They were streaked and filmy. Not a huge deal but I feel at least one place that extra care could be given.
