Even though I came during business hours the person who checks in the trucks wasn't there. 3 days later after I called him four times he finally submitted that my truck was returned. The place is run down and I would not go there alone as a woman.

Better signage to find the place, honest employees at the corporate office of uhaul Employee at location was nice. Extremely upset with uhaul corporation. Made me drive 40 miles away from my scheduled pick up. That's just horrible service from corporate.

The location looked like a junkyard. There were old cars everywhere, overgrown grass/weeds, rundown old fencing, and if it had been dark i would not have felt safe stopping. There was no sign stating it was a u-haul facility and the only way we knew was 1 u-haul truck sitting in the back. Also the address we put into Waze did not take us to the location. If this location is stated as an automotive specialist, which is what you have listed as the address, someone should take a look at this because by no stretch of any imagination is this appropriate.

this location is basically a junk yard, big dog and fleas included. I was not given a contract so I was unable to see that the contracted # of miles with my one way truck was not enough for my trip so I was forced to pay for an additional 100 miles at turn in. The address on the U-haul website took us several miles out of our way we had to call location and turn around and go back to the junk yard we had already passed. I was so disappointed I may never use U-haul again.

If I rented u haul at 9 on Thursday and return 9 sat why I was I billed for 3 days. I on line stated I didn't want insurance, but my husband was still charged 44.00. I filled out form on line on Tuesday what I wanted so my husband could pick up and I almost fell over when I saw charges. What good was the filling out on line before I picked up..

Vendor had "Open Hours" posted, but was not open when we arrived, which was during the posted "Open Hours". Once employee arrived he was polite and efficient in his duties.

I tried for two days to reach the location and he never picked up or return calls. I eventually called a different main Uhaul location and they were able to answer my questions and get a hold of my initial vendor to fix my reservation. THEN, when we got to the location to pick up the truck, it was a very messy little store with PORN magazines for sale!! and various other unsavory things I wouldn't expect nor want my kids to see etc. I love Uhaul but was disgusted by this particular agent.
