It was super easy using the app. It was totally no contact and simple to follow the instructions on the app. The key was in a lock box and when I returned it all I had to do was drop it in a return box. Definitely use the app.

I am very disappointed I was charged an extra day for returning the trailer less than an hour outside the window, after I was previously contacted by customer support to change my pickup location and told I would have to pick up the trailer earlier than I originally reserved for.

I needed to move across the united states due to covid 19 related issues. Durring a highly stressful time, I went to Uhauls website and ordered my truck and auto dolley. I recieved what I though was a fair price for my truck and trailer. When I arrived to pick up the truck everything about the truck, trailer and dolly I rented was perfect. They were newer and in great condition. It wasn't untill I was at the check out the problems began. The price to leave with the truck was several hundred dollars more then my internet quote. I ask about this and the man working said he couldn't do anything about it. I didnt argue with him that day as it was moving day. I had to have the truck. We loaded the truck and moved across the country without any mechanical issues. All equipment worked perfectly. When we returned the truck we were over 100 miles under the "limit" and recieved a receipt stating we were square and everything was returned in order. I was to recieve my 100.00 cash deposit in the mail.Three weeks later I recieved an email stating I had gone over in milage and was to pay an additional $60.00! I had to sit down and call to correct yet another mistake. After talking to several people up the chain and sending in photos of my reciept uhaul agreed it was an error.. I have now recieved a form I have to print out, sign and mail in if I want my $100.00 deposit back! I recieved this at the same time I was asked to do this survey! To wrap things up, everything I rented was top notch! I was lied to about the price, overcharged at pick up, they tried to charge me an overage fee was obviously wrong. And now I'm being asked to sign a paper and put it in the mail to get my deposit back! I didn't rent a wagon and two horses! It's not th 1800's! They are great at taking your money in one electronic beep!! To get it back you need a pencil! SHAME ON YOU UHAUL! I WAS WILLING TO PAY WHAT I WAS QUOTED!! You are ripping people off durring a global pandemic who need your services..... SHAME!

The online process is way to involved! Pictures of you license, just takes too long. If you have an account and have given the information before, if nothing has changed (have a box to review all information) then your good to go.

The location was perfect and the truck was great. If needed will definitely rent from here again. The only “issue” I had was the 10-15 min approval process. But once that was settled everything went smoothly.

Dropped off ahead of time. Parked good and clean still I was charged 60 for having the gas tank at a quarter Of a tank full. When I was told by An employee In Eagan. it was a quarter of a tank to leave it on. I was my money back now. Crooks.

I had a difficult time being able to reach a uhaul representative when I had the keys locked in the truck and there didn't seem to be a system in place to help retrieve the keys other than a $50 fee added

Overall the whole experience was great. Only thing i would change would be that the truck was on 1/4 of a tank of gas when i got it. I think they should have it filled at all times when going to a new customer. This would make it easier to keep track how much you need to put in at the end of the trip.

Had a difficult time obtaining the lock box code for the key after hours. After 1 hour on the phone waiting for a representative the dilemma was finally solved.

UHaul called twice to change pick-up location and change size of trailer to be rented (the trailer we requested was not available). The Minnesota dispatch group was very accommodating.. But really, calling twice to make changes? UHaul needs more trailers!

I originally was to pick this trailer up in Coralville, Iowa. The DesMoines dispatch group called the day before rental to "tell" me the I would need to pick-up the trailer at a different location an hour away (they were extremely rude and did not help me find an alternate location). We were traveling from Minneapolis and this just was not an option. The Minnesota dispatch group was very helpful in securing a last minute trailer rental in Eagan, MN.

Ordered an early pick up at one location. Told 2 days before the size we wanted was only available 25 minutes away at 9 am. Why could they not bring it to the 1st location so we could have it ay 7 am. That would of been excellent customer service.

We originally ordered our uhaul and was told the only location that had one available was in Burnsville for the time we needed the truck. That being said that was already 30 minutes away from where we live. We had a very strict move out time at noon and apon arrival they gave our uhaul to another customer. They found us another one in Eagan but still far from home I was already unhappy so they said we would get a $50 dollar credit towards the uhaul which was never applied. After we FINALLY received the truck it was already after 10 am a hour after the scheduled pick up time. By the time we got home we had to quickly load and barely had time to finish what we needed. I have been a customer of uhaul for a long time and after this experience am very unhappy with the service received.

I ordered a 26' truck 30 miles away because it was the only one available. I showed up at 8 AM when they opened to meet my movers at 930. My truck wasn't there and the employee had no idea what to do. Called his manager and the manager didn't answer and he said he couldn't help me. My mover sent me the number to uhaul dispatch and I took it upon myself to rectify the situation. Found a truck another 30 miles away and paid more for mileage than I should have. Will not recommend and deserve a refund for my troubles and extra mileage.

It's hard to get phone service out there and there's no wifi available. So when I was trying to go through the self serve steps it took almost an hour and put our move behind. All locations should offer free wifi for self pick up.

We got moved by Uhaul to 3 different sites and this was not our choice and much farther from our home. We find this location does not open until 9 on a Saturday?? Why so late ???? Owner was unconcerned why I had to use his site. He told us the blankets were in the truck without looking. We look and no blankets in the truck. Online check in is very slow, not easy to work with. Will look for alternative company in the future. Not a good experience at all.
