It was a good experience but it would be nice to have an easy way to find out what truck availability was at a particular location at any given time. Check in was ok using app vs in person, no problems whatsoever,!

It was super easy using the app. It was totally no contact and simple to follow the instructions on the app. The key was in a lock box and when I returned it all I had to do was drop it in a return box. Definitely use the app.

I am very disappointed I was charged an extra day for returning the trailer less than an hour outside the window, after I was previously contacted by customer support to change my pickup location and told I would have to pick up the trailer earlier than I originally reserved for.

I needed to move across the united states due to covid 19 related issues. Durring a highly stressful time, I went to Uhauls website and ordered my truck and auto dolley. I recieved what I though was a fair price for my truck and trailer. When I arrived to pick up the truck everything about the truck, trailer and dolly I rented was perfect. They were newer and in great condition. It wasn't untill I was at the check out the problems began. The price to leave with the truck was several hundred dollars more then my internet quote. I ask about this and the man working said he couldn't do anything about it. I didnt argue with him that day as it was moving day. I had to have the truck. We loaded the truck and moved across the country without any mechanical issues. All equipment worked perfectly. When we returned the truck we were over 100 miles under the "limit" and recieved a receipt stating we were square and everything was returned in order. I was to recieve my 100.00 cash deposit in the mail.Three weeks later I recieved an email stating I had gone over in milage and was to pay an additional $60.00! I had to sit down and call to correct yet another mistake. After talking to several people up the chain and sending in photos of my reciept uhaul agreed it was an error.. I have now recieved a form I have to print out, sign and mail in if I want my $100.00 deposit back! I recieved this at the same time I was asked to do this survey! To wrap things up, everything I rented was top notch! I was lied to about the price, overcharged at pick up, they tried to charge me an overage fee was obviously wrong. And now I'm being asked to sign a paper and put it in the mail to get my deposit back! I didn't rent a wagon and two horses! It's not th 1800's! They are great at taking your money in one electronic beep!! To get it back you need a pencil! SHAME ON YOU UHAUL! I WAS WILLING TO PAY WHAT I WAS QUOTED!! You are ripping people off durring a global pandemic who need your services..... SHAME!

The location was perfect and the truck was great. If needed will definitely rent from here again. The only “issue” I had was the 10-15 min approval process. But once that was settled everything went smoothly.

Dropped off ahead of time. Parked good and clean still I was charged 60 for having the gas tank at a quarter Of a tank full. When I was told by An employee In Eagan. it was a quarter of a tank to leave it on. I was my money back now. Crooks.

I had a difficult time being able to reach a uhaul representative when I had the keys locked in the truck and there didn't seem to be a system in place to help retrieve the keys other than a $50 fee added

Overall the whole experience was great. Only thing i would change would be that the truck was on 1/4 of a tank of gas when i got it. I think they should have it filled at all times when going to a new customer. This would make it easier to keep track how much you need to put in at the end of the trip.

Had a difficult time obtaining the lock box code for the key after hours. After 1 hour on the phone waiting for a representative the dilemma was finally solved.

UHaul called twice to change pick-up location and change size of trailer to be rented (the trailer we requested was not available). The Minnesota dispatch group was very accommodating.. But really, calling twice to make changes? UHaul needs more trailers!
