Extremely tiny lot, very hard to maneuver a uhaul in. Dropped off after hours because the bussiness closed earlier than I was informed at pick up.

This place looked & felt like what I imagine a crack house should be like. There was NO “business” entrance. The windows showed stacked mattresses & appliances that could have easily been stolen property. There was no spot/place to easily park the truck according to the return rules. There was no one to physically talk to in order to return the equipment; this forced me to download the UHaul app in order to return the truck (with a drop box for the key). A person (employee?) stepped out of the building at one point to walk his dog & awkwardly stare at me trying to park the truck. I felt my safety could have easily been put at risk in this place, not an exaggeration. Having to use the app (to return it takes no less than 10-15mins via app) put me in this strange place & having to focus on taking pictures with my phone. If you are a woman, please bring a friend or family member with you for safety’s sake. I saw no electronics being “repaired”. Worst excuse for a business I’ve seen. Next time I hear of a horrific crime being committed in Olympia/Lacey, I’ll picture this place for sure. Uhaul again changed my equipment location with less than 24hours notice, to this place no less (had to pay for extra mileage yet again).

Smelled like weed, had ash on center seat, no one there to help and shady building. Bad bad bad.
