Timothy RMy pick up time was at 5:30p. This location was closed. Literally five minutes later someone call me on the phone saying or instructing me how to use the padlock to get the key out. The lady was very rude and hung up on me and did not try to call me back nor pick up the phone after I try calling her back she was trying to charge me extra stuff. I did not ask for I did not ask for rentals I didn’t ask for any of the extra fees,

Kathleen HThe Uhaul place I rented from was very nice, clean and easy to use. Only complaint.....my gas levels were returned as they left. I was still charged over $12 for gas on my receipt. I sent them a copy of my photos on my phone before I left and upon my return. Hoping to get refund?

Barry BWell the first time I ever used BBS Auto Sales, they didn't even have the truck I rented. I rented a 26 foot truck and all they could give me was a 12 foot truck. This time, they put the key in the wrong box, so I had to call customer service to get access.
Richard PWhen I booked the truck it was one price. When I picked it up, it was way more expensive. When I returned it, I was charged more money for going over miles. It was supposed to be unlimited. I’ll never rent from you again and make sure no one I know does either.
