I was so pleased as the people before me were over an hour late returning the vehicle. The staff was super kind to me and so apologetic and made sure to hurry and get it ready as soon as it was dropped off. They were great.

JOSEPH LThis rental was super easy. I had to change drop off location. It took about 30 seconds. When I called from the same phone on the reservation, they had my info up when they answered the phone. It was just so easy. I don't know why I was expecting it to be a pain in the butt, but it wasn't.

bharat pBetter parking. Lot is too cramped, no signage anywhere on where to park. As a disabled person, I had to walk down a side street to leave my car in a grass area and walk back to the store. This is why I would not recommend any one here.

Oswaldo PI don't believe you can do anything to improve this location! I walked in and was welcomed by one of two employees. She was very helpful on helping me decide between the two car trailers they had to offer. The second employee took me out to look at the difference between them and she was very nice and helpful! I give this location a 10 out of 10 for friendly helpful service!

Bruce GI feel the cost was high. Luckily I bought the additional insurance and roadside assistance. I real realized once I arrived at my destination that I had a flat tire on the driver's side outer tire. I 100% believe it was flat before I left the rental place. The truck handled poorly and I couldn't figure out why. Why should I have to pay an additional fee to have the roadside assistance safeguard? That is a uhaul thing, not a me thing. That trick should be thoroughly examined before renting it out. It wasn't just low pressure. It was completely empty. Customer safety should be a priority, and should NOT be an extra expense.

RYAN FThe online check-in system was down. The clerk noted 13/16 fuel. When I got out to the truck, she had already left for the day. The needle was closer to 3/4. The app was down so I couldn't do the walk around. I filled the tank to the same level when I returned the truck, but they still charged me 11 dollars for gas.
