The employee at the drop off location was extremely rude, offered no assistance in unloading my vehicle, and even made me move the truck and trailer to a different parking area than where I originally parked it before handing over the paperwork and key.
Rodney OThe first pick up location was awful! We were not able to open any of the 3 locks. We wasted an hour and a half waiting on hold. Additionally, the top 2 locks are at a height that added to the difficulty for us. The customer service rep I spoke to was amazing. She did everything she could to help us. The area Manager didn't answer the call and therefore was no help to us.

Wiley BVery hard to locate using maps. And we were charged for the miles that when U-Haul changed are drop off like location
Brinkley YI had to sweep out the truck before I could use it, and my son found a 9mm bullet in the passenger door in the cab. Not something I thought I would have had to deal with.
