I asked for a appliance dollies and did not receive it made moving my appliance very difficult. The app did not work made get my key difficult. It was hard to open the lock when I picked up the truck. Adding this to the beginning of what was already a stressful day just was not a good experience.

Professional staff and arrangement was perfect
MOHEBULLAH AThe man who helped me didn't know how to use the computer and had to make a phone call to get help. When i asked if he could help me load the car onto the auto trailer, which I requested when i made the reservation, he said no, that he wasn't trained to do that and doesn't get paid enough to take a risk. A complete stranger in line said he would help me.
