Operator did not know answer to any questions, didn’t even know which truck I was taking. Took 45 minutes to leave with the truck. Also, the dolly and skid were loose in the cargo bay.
Robert PAgain, nothing to improve. Weather was terrible but the Whole U Haul experience, pick up and drop off, was the best. Thank You 😊
COREY SI was told my order would be $37 due at pickup. Went to the location and they didn’t have a 10’ truck that I reserved. They sent me to another location, ended up somehow being $87 instead and a 15’ truck, which they told me I wouldn’t have to pay more for due to the circumstances. A bit upset
JUSTIN EWe got the uhaul and the tank was BELOW 1/4 tank and so we brought it back as it was after I got off the phone with someone who told me that we would get a credit back for the gas being so low and they ended up charging us a fine.. weirdest and worst experience ever renting a uhaul
MADISON BIt was a very tight squeeze parking the truck the location was in a pretty rough area. Because the parking spot was so tight it was very hard to take images of the truck for the mobile drop offs.
Logan YTook a long time to get the vehicle and then it was dirty
HENRY AOnly one person at the gas station was trying to dispatch me but at the same time was busy with another customers as well, it took a little while to hand me the keys.
Pedro CVan was dirty, check in and check out process via the app was time consuming, unclear, and made the process stressful
