I had to wait at least 10 minutes for the rental agent to come in from the parking lot to rent the vehicle. Otherwise I was completely satisfied. The location was very convenient to move my purchases from the restore across the street.RHONDA D.

Customer service is non-existent the young man didn't know anything about the location of the truck and we had to go out and find the correct truck by number, then it was behind a fence with a pad lock. We were unable to check out truck or check in because your system only would work so far.STEPHEN P.

Even after making a reservation online, the manager or the person in charge at this location told me that the reservation was incomplete somehow and then processed my reservation in a very unprofessional manner by clicking my ID pictures with his phone and asking me to talk to someone on the phone! It was not a pleasant experience at all! Not professional at all and the guy at the counter was very rude too. Will never come back at this location! Super sketchy.ALI S.
Extremely rude and unprofessional. I rented a 5x8 trailer around 9:30 am - the trailer was returned around 3 am the next morning way before the return time. On the Uhaul app for this location, it directed me to park the trailer and drop off the contract in the keydrop box, that was it. when I checked my bank account they had charged me a convenience fee of $20 stating that I dropped the equipment off at 5:40pm.The manager said that he picks up the contracts around 7am, more than enough time to see if the trailer was returned on time. But he chose to still checked it in late. Ther were more nasty things to share but who would really care about this complaint. Just Saying....Edward I.

My estimate was $60 for the trip when I booked online. When I went to pick up the truck the gas station owner said estimate is $100 charged me $100. How can there be so much variationMOHAMMAD S.

The truck was full of cheetos and dirt and the tire truck was full of dirt, even though the picture on delivery shown on file were showing right after cleaning (you could even see soap around the floor). Clearly the picture was taken before and not on delivery. Even if I deliver exactly as is, it looks like I was the one that turned it in dirty because of this. My only question is why was I charged for fuel, when put fuel in it and returned it at the same level I received it, which is what I was asked to do? TomTom D.

It would be nice if the windows were tinted as the sun beats in on the driver & passenger as you are on your trip. We did not think that we got a good enough credit as we drove 20 miles less than what our contract was for and it still cost almost what we were originally charged for. We liked the van as it was just enough room for what we needed to move.April W.
U-haul locations in Melbourne, FL overfilled with trucks. I got directed twice to drop off truck to the different location. The employee said that I should drive the truck and drop off at the H.Q. but after I complained to him that I am driving around the town and get directed to the different drop off location again, he agreed to accept the drop off. He saw that I was not pleased and provided great customer service, so I was on my way.ALEXEY G.

I was at this location to drop off the truck two hours before closing and was told the staff was out to lunch and would return in twenty minutes. I inadvertently left my transponder in the truck and called back only to be told they were closed and I would have to call back the next day.Patricia G.
The sign on the door and online in google maps showed that they were open until 9:00pm on Saturday. I dropped the vehicle off and they had a ring doorbell. They answered it and I was worried about leaving the back of the truck open because of the 60 moving pads and furniture dolly left in the back. They answered and said it was fine to leave them there.James S.

Great equipment. Very easy to load. Ideally the car carrier would have a manual or electric winch or a place to mount one. In town this trailer is probably only used to move dead cars. Price and versatility are the most important to me on a uhaul.William B.

Very disappointed, I made reservations 3 weeks in advance and first 2 days before scheduled pick up they changed size of truck, although this wasn't an issue because they didn't charge me, the issue is on day of pick up was informed that scheduled vehicle was not at site, told being delivered and would be called, in mean time I get a mail that I did not pick up rental?? Called number and was told truck would not be available until next day st 9:30 am, when asked what good booking ahead of time did, she could not answer. Then asked what would I haul do, I needed truck on the day I reserved. She said I could get from another location. Well that added another 40 miles to trip at 99 cents a mile, asked if I could get discount, stated no price was already at lowest price, so not only did I have headache of waiting on truck, now had to go 40 miles out of way (round trip). Plus the original pick up site 1 mile away did not even know truck was not coming I will not ever use this company again or recommend . On positive note the BP people were nice.patrick D.
