William MWhile the app is a nice idea, it is dependent on connectivity to the internet and stability of the app. I did get everything to work but when I was having problems there was no help. The pickup location was closed during normal business hours and they did not answer their phone.

Gregory FVery friendly and helpful to make your pick up time convenient. The only issue is the location is in a valley and phone data service was not working well there for the 24/7 pick up. No fault of the owners. Just a warning to others.

Joel BNot allowed to park personal vehicles in a safe place, must park in a driveway that may be hit by other vehicles in the area, owner says park at your own risk. A ‘risk-free’ place to park should be provided.
Ralph DThe people were wonderful and it was a nice experience with them; however, the truck we had was in severe need of work. There was an alignment, tire, or tie rod problem that caused a "floating" feeling when driving, as if the steering wheel wasn't controlling the vehicle. I had to hold the steering wheel approximately 2 inches to the left in order to go straight. Turning curve and changing lanes was scary, because the steering wouldn't "catch" until a certain point, then I had to jerk it back because it turned TOO much. In addition, the truck violently wobbled upon accelerating, which was scary. It was a terrifying 3.5 hour drive. I was not only "white knuckling" while driving, I actually had to pull off and cry at one point. That truck should NEVER have been rented out and I truly feel that uhaul put me and my husband's lives in danger. I am asking for a full refund, and I would like for someone from uhaul to contact me immediately.

morgan mThe truck that I rented has some type of steering issue or alignment issue. I handled fine on curves but on the straight always, it took constant adjustment to stay straight in my lane. It felt like the steering gear box might need attention or [ossibly an alignment. It was a very tiring trip driving nearly 1200 miles and constantly battling the steering to stay straight.

James SI have no basis to review fairly. The business was closed when I dropped off truck. I used the key drop and called uhaul to report that the vehicle was returned. I had no interactions with anyone at Babco Fabricating. They processed my final transaction the next day, so I assume all is good with Babco and must give a rating of excellent.
Blaise CThey were incredibly helpful and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend renting a U-Haul from this location. The customer service skills here were excellent. When I asked UHaul if I could pick-up at an earlier time at any location, they weren't able to accommodate that however the staff at this location personally called me and asked if they could be of any assistance with an earlier pick-up time.
