The staf were helpful and friendly! The following is based on the truck maintenance itself, and not the people here. I had two occasions when the truck would not stop when the brakes were pressed. I had to strer onto the shoulder at a red light behind waiting vehicles to orevent from hitting them. Also when I pulled to the curb out of my driveway, tried to stop waiting for my wife abd daughter to get in the truck. Same thing happened last time I rented a uhaul truck from another lication. "U-HAUL. BECAUSE WE DON'T TRUST OUR OWN TRUCKS TO DO IT FOR YOU!"
