Easy enter. Easy drop-off. I was helped with disconnecting and on my way. Checkout was so very easy.
debra cTruck was somewhat dirty on the inside / cab portion of the unit. The drivers side door did not latch well, and the dash would tell you the door was ajar randomly. The truck served it's purpose for me and it worked well.
Brandon GIt would have helped to have the counter person tell us to take pictures of the truck before we left, rather than send an email after we were gone. It didn't matter until this case, but it might in someone else's. Otherw8se very efficient and personable.

Todd NThe only issue was the inability to take all the required pictures when the truck was returned. We needed to take multiple pictures and tries over 20 pics and it would not except the picture. No idea why but I had to give up on that after almost 30 minutes trying. It was on Sunday and no one was there for support. They always do a great job and it was definitely a software issue nothing to do with the local company. I rate them a Perfect 5.

Jim LOnline reservation process always asks a BUNCH of questions for additional services. I would change that to have one question like: "U-Haul offers a number of services to help with your moving experience. Would you like to review those options?" Then if the person selects yes, go through the full list. It is slightly "annoying" to have to answer each of those questions when I know I don't need/want any additional services.

Garold BThis is not the fault of the rental location. I rented a 6x12 trailer and returned it late at night when the location was closed. It was WAY TOO HEAVY to lift off the hitch. I eventually got it, but it was not safe. I cannot believe you do not have a jack on a trailer hitch that heavy. Someone is going to drop that on their leg and you will have a lawsuit on your hands. I will give pause next time I consider renting from you knowing that U-Haul corporate is apparently ok with creating unsafe situations like this for its customers.
Leonard HHorrible experience, I will never use or recommend U Haul ever. Not convenient in anyway. Poor sales and customer service and the app is horrible. U-Haul should be a staple in moving with state of the art technology yet they lack what the smaller companies currently offer.

MICHAEL SHave the truck closer to the building, especially in the dead of winter here in Wisconsin. Assure the truck is cleared of ice and that the windshield washer is functional. It is against the law to operate any vehicle manufactured after 1968 without a functioning windshield washer. Also, in the winter, warm the truck up so that the temperature control knob can be adjusted. This keeps the driver from needing to drive in the dead of winter with the window open so as not to bet way too hot for comfort. Bottom line, I had to put my own -30 degree washer solvent in and let it defrost the reservoir. I was unable to turn the knob for temperature control until it too, became defrosted. Ice was falling off the cabs roof and onto the hood and the cars following me. Oh yeah, have the person at the pickup location advise me that it is my responsibility to record with photos, the condition of the truck BEFORE Leaving the lot. I did not see that text message until AFTER I got home.
