The owner will over charge you on fuel. This is not the first time he did this. Now I have to go back to dispute it

Vannest tWhen I dropped off the truck at the location at 1:00 PM on Saturday, it was closed. Fortunately, the app was working and I was able to use it to turn in the truck. The return part was easy to follow on the app, especially the step by step instructions that allowed for pictures to be downloaded.
Samuel DFirst off we reserved a cargo van and it's not true to size. There's no connection at the location so good luck trying to do a mobile pick up because the app not the website will load. Also it was put in the notes that we were coming back the next morning due to complications and the guy still sold our van to someone else forcing us to get a box truck last minute which is more expensive. Will never come here again

Johnson AI returned my equipment a day early. I even bring it back with more gas I took the truck with the eighth of a tank bring it back with a quarter of a tank was supposed to get a gas credit back plus my cash refund, but only got my cash refund and nothing else.

MICHAEL PDo everything to accommodate the request , I asked for a 15 ft truck and it was available when I made the request then at the end while confirming it changed to a 10 ft without a request to upgrade . Then I requested a refreg dolly and when I arrived and the location said it didn’t have a dolly at arrival.
Robert CEnsure correct key is in lock box! They placed the incorrect key in the lock box for truck. This caused a 45 minute delay to get sorted out.
Joe STrailer electrical is outdated and needs updated, or Uhaul needs to supply adapters so that the trailer electrical will connect to current vehicle standards
Jason Cwas unfortunate is this is the only U-Haul in my area so I use this U-Haul however every time I go I’m up charged over 60 or $80 up charged. I hate this place and I would never recommend anybody to come here. I went to my house two trips there is no way I went 45 miles impossible on earth impossible after my horrible experience for the fifth time. I’m now sinking out Penske because they are my area and even if they are $100 more I rather use them and I’m gonna block on my block and if you can check I have over 1 million subscribers I am going to block this place personally cause I’m sick of it. kerry sI had a tow capable vehicle but not a ball hitch. This UHAUL store said I had to go buy one. So, another $80. They should at least had one available to rent. The man there was at least efficient and polite.

Chad SI didn’t know the procedure for returning the unit required the APP, and taking a photo, and then sending the picture, from the return location. I had to make a second trip to the location, and still needed to call customer service to make sure I wasn’t charged a late fee. Next time I’ll know, but the rental agent should have asked me if I knew the return procedure when I rented the trailer.
Gerald PUhaul changed pick up places at the last minute. Besides myself there were others at the changed location that had a hard time doing self pick up because their location was blocked on the app. It took me an hour to finally get the keys but could not complete check in to take pictures due to their blocked location. I have used uhaul for years and with no problems, but this was a horror show.
