Was told the return location was left open but the website made me take it back to this location. No office just a return key box. I took pictures of milage and gas and back cleaned out. Nothing against the location just had to go out of way to take it there. Put way to much gas in too.

Frustrated! I got there (after calling the day before) to only find that the app doesn't work...and they knew that! The "pin point" isn't accurate, so it says I'm not there...when I am!? Then no one bothered to unlock the unit and after untold minutes we were unable to get in!? Again, I told them I was coming!!! Then you've taken my money and your horrible system can't reapply that money to another unit, so now my money is tied up in a "credit status" and I have to pay again!? We get to the new truck, it hadn't been swept out, so when we opened up the back to put in the four (4) bags of blankets, we were met with a pile of dirt and no comment from the proprietor!? Then I get a notice from U-Haul that my unit was due back by 7:00, when I didn't leave until 7:50 because of the fiascos! Then, I find that no one bothers to check the blankets (very disgusting), so you tell your customers to fold them and put them in a bag and no one bothers to clean them! GROSS! We had a blanket that looked like it was peed on, we had a blanket that was covered in dried mud! Outrageous! Then after all of that...you still have several hundred dollars of my money tied up and no one knows how to use another credit card! In less that two (2) weeks I had rented two (2) units. And, by the way, when I call and try to get this mess straightened out, I don't care that someone is at the Dentist and has a cavity. Unprofessional.....I'm sad. I feel that if you're burned out or too lazy to do this job then you shouldn't be given a dealership!
