Missed informed of all process from manager to manager. We were treated ok but the miss information was terrible. We spend extra money and went through so much stress returning equipment. And the equipment was very not well maintained it was scary driving this for 2 hours.

They weren't open when I dropped off but they had a very large sign with drop of instructions while using uhaul app. Easy access drop of spots on a busy road but safe getting in and out of there lot.

/The office was a closet. the place was crowded with furniture. No inside markings of Uhaul in the store. sign up took for ever. Insurance was added on that I did not request and they actually hooked up the wrong size trailer the first time. However drop off was easy peasy and a pleasant experience in Holland Mi.

The truck & cab smelled funky. After moving our stuff smells like what ever was in the truck before we received it. We also did not get the furniture pads or the dolly.

The staff was very helpful and informative.The facility was well maintained so that I could complete my after hours drop off in a safe area. I followed up the facility the next morning to receive confirmation of the truck being dropped off and any potential charges.

The running board on the rental can is a very poor design, and could very easily cause a fall while exiting the vehicle from any door. The grit tape grabs the bottom of the shoe and cause you to fall forward. The running board needs to wider!!
