This was the second location I had to go to to pick up my van. The first location was on 37th street in Brookfield and they had not set up my pick up to be a mobile pick up. Caused my timing to change for the entire day and forced me to go another location that was open to pick up a van. Second location on Lyrons road was great.lindsay B.

It is not the location's fault. The Uhaul site moved our reservation to this location, which was closed. No one told us about remote pickup. We had to go to the location, find out it was closed on Saturdays, which Uhaul did not alert us to, then leave. When e was finally able to get a hold of someone at Uhaul, they informed us we needed to do a remote pickup. Which of course we knew nothing about. We had to schlep back to the location. And go through many steps to retrieve the van. then when we brought it back, more unnecessary steps. Pain in the ass. Plus thee extra miles/costs. Not fun.WILLIAM P.
To be clear, my rating of poor applies to U-Haul and not the B&M service center. If not for an employee happening to show up at the location on a date they were closed I would not have gotten my truck. I attempted to use the self pickup method, and it went horribly. My only provided option was to call a U-Haul number for assistance, where I was bounced between operators and held on hold for an hour and a half and delayed my entire moving process. I would not recommend anybody use the self pickup method ever.Thomas G.

My reservation was completely screwed up. The wrong key was left in the Dropbox. It was for a cargo van, not a 10' truck. Then, when I went to call Uhaul, I got rerouted and transferred 4x, for a total of an hour of my moving time trying to rectify the situation. Now I was charged $24 for the accident damage insurance for the cargo van that I did not order. It was $14 for the truck I initially ordered. I should be compensated for the difference and for the inconvenience of the whole situation.Jessica R.

This location was only usable because I had the U-Haul APP on my phone. Without that, the day would have been wasted because the business never opened. A little warning that this was an issue would have helped. Lastly, the lock box for the keys was not where the phone placed it. Please note that when you reserve a truck, you are requesting a preferred pick-up location. The truck may actually be 10 or more miles from that point. Be sure to plan on extra time in case the available equipment is not close to you. If the pick-up location is further travel than planned, be sure to request to have that round-trip mileage added to your total mileage allowance.John K.

My equipment wasn't with the vehicle after being assured it would be and I was still charged after speaking to someone on the phone. My entire moving day was negatively impacted and it was a horrible experience due to uhaul not providing what I paid for and not being helpful over the phone.Amanda E.
