The location is fine the internet customer service is much to be desired it was the worst experience I have ever had with a rental. Your customer service is severely lacking when it come to online rentals. I cannot go into details here but if you would like to call and discuss be my guest. If I have another opportunity to use U-Haul trust me I will think twice based on this experience

Had one flat tire that I needed to fill. Had to reconnect the lower tail light connection because it wasn’t working. But The staff at the pick up location was awesome and very polite.

Location & van were great. Signup process very tedious & not explained well at the beginning. Stephanie from customer saved the day by walking me through it. Process set me back 30 minutes but still got my job finished. Kudos to Stephanie.

I got royally screwed using uhual this time. I rented a truck for the same day, which Uhaul told me was availible. The woman at B&t called me and said I couldn't take the truck because someone was renting it the next day. Anyway I reordered a truck and that person also said the didn'tt have the truck available and my order said it was for b&T. So I sat at b&t till 11 at night because I couldn't get the code because my order was screwed from the beginning

This place was spotlessly clean and he was very good on processing the reservations quickly. Had I known of this location I would have used it before. I used one in Ringwood last time that was still on your web site but not officially offering UHaul any longer. It was not as good an experience.

We rented a 15’ UHaul truck for a one-way move. Dawn assisted us every step of the way from the introduction of available equipment to the supply of moving blankets and the appliance dolly (hand truck). Thank you all for your reliability and delivering what was promised.

Fix your website - -could not access account to pick up truck with text code before hours - lost 2 hours waiting - then your entire system crashed as the local operator tried to access the reservation. BTW one customer service online rep - very helpful

Disappointed as I asked the manager to call me and he never did. My son went to return a car Dollie and they closed early. He is on camera where he went to return the car dolly. He left since they closed and went back the next day when they were open. He was still charged another $50 even though they saw he was there the day before and wanted to return it. Very disappointed.

We broke down , 4 hours getting any stinkin HELP. And it was not due to U-Haul. An outside tow came through. 26’ Truck, packed to the GILL!! IM MOVING!! The entire 5ft long, 6” in diameter was pulled out . We had to STAY in the truck for more than 21/2 hours with a foot on the brake so it wouldn’t move No one from Uhaul, Arizona, by the way, I’m in Jersey, WOULD LISTEN. Thank you John, from police tow Forked River WHAT A WRECK!!

The mobile pick up/return was horrible. When returning the truck the app wouldn’t allow me to return the vehicle. It kept telling me I dove 10,000 miles which was incorrect. I drove a max of 30 and returned the truck same day which makes it more apparent the app was wrong. I was on the phone with customer service 2 times trying to assist me. In the end they could only put in a report and note my file. I was at the location for atleast an hour and had to hand write a note with the keys. Ridiculous.

I am extremely unhappy on how i chose a pick up site at Mine Hill that was only 7 miles from my house and without notification it was changed to Bloomingdale where i had to go 33.1 miles to pick up. I had been dealing with Uhaul for over 10 years at my three offices to transport medical equient and after this i will never again use you.

teach the employees how to install a trailer. I picked up a trailer 7/31/18. They installed the trailer on my vehicle. when I went home to put the vehicle on the trailer came off the hitch and went right into my rear bumper which cause damage. I then returned the trailer the same day to a different uhaul facility

I pick the trailer up and the bottom had a lot of dirt on the bottom where u load cargo looks like big clumps of mud maybe some one can wash it out or sweep it up before next rental

B&T Self storage was closed when I dropped off the trailer. I have no issues with B&T Self storage, but rather with U-Haul itself. I was going to bring the trailer in on Sunday morning 6/3 because the u-haul website listed it as being open at 9 am. Given the terrible problem I had picking up the trailer in Virginia, I did not trust the U-Haul information so I checked and discovered that the drop off location is NOT open on Sunday morning. Fortunately, they had a 24 hour drop off slot, so I just left the trailer there on Saturday night 6/2 and put copies of my paperwork in the slot. Again, U-HAUL does not verify the information they list on the website, whether it be location hours, or availability of units. Very poor customer experience.

It should be around the same price as booking on line - on-line I said no to the insurance and when I got there I was charged $11 and then charged another $9 and not sure why. This was more expensive then I thought and the second time I used Uhaul in the past few months. I will not be using in the future and will go to home depot and rent a truck.
