The check engine light was on when I got into the truck and the windshield was extremely dirty, to the point when the sun glare came in, it was very hard to see.

I was very impressed by the person (I believe name is Charlie) at the front desk who handled my reservation upon arrival. He was personable and courteous. Although he's a "Mail Boxes and More" employee, U-Haul should be happy to have him representing your company. The vehicle was in excellent shape and handled well. I would do business with U-Haul again.
