How U-Haul Reviews WorkI do not want to tell but i am disappointed about the U-Haul in 1155 NJ-23, Kinnelon, NJ 07405. I booked the truck at 8:00 am and the agent did not come until 9:00 am. And i have to call the customer service to change this location. Luckily i got the truck and the agent at Wanaque very nice and kind to me. And your company have to update the service in some place. If not, you will lose your customers. Thanks

Paul RIf you're new to Uhaul, or unfamiliar with the app and how it works - signage next to the lock box with app instructions would be nice. This location seems to only serve as a parking lot and key lock box. The app part was pretty frustrating, but the customer service was excellent once I called them up. Shout out to Daryl!
Michael SI had my reservation location changed after original booking. Very frustrating and inconvenient. When u take a reservation, keep it. Also, this is the 2nd rental and 2nd time that the dolly + moving blankets were not available for the rental. Also a major inconvenience and made the day harder than it needed to be.
