If you're new to Uhaul, or unfamiliar with the app and how it works - signage next to the lock box with app instructions would be nice. This location seems to only serve as a parking lot and key lock box. The app part was pretty frustrating, but the customer service was excellent once I called them up. Shout out to Daryl!

I had my reservation location changed after original booking. Very frustrating and inconvenient. When u take a reservation, keep it. Also, this is the 2nd rental and 2nd time that the dolly + moving blankets were not available for the rental. Also a major inconvenience and made the day harder than it needed to be.
Guy GGentleman at the front desk was fantastic and very nice. Was juggling a lot but took care of everyone needs quickly. Very friendly and kind.
BARBARA ARemote pickup was frustrating. While using the app there was no indication of “pick up my truck”. I had to call and wait an hour for a callback for U-Haul to activate the response for me to continue. This cost me more money to the people I contracted to help me move. Please fix it!
