amanda dI got a call the day before where a woman tried to scam me by quickly "confiming" the pickup location- I noticed that it was different from what I signed up for. Only when I pressed her, did she admit she was not "confirming" but changing it on me. I was originally supposed to pickup at Jefferson location. I then got angry and she admitted she should have been honest and was sorry they changed it on me last minute. Very bad look for your firm. Imagine how angry I would be if I did not notice, drove to original location and then had to drive again. The guy at the location when I picked up was extremely nice and helpful.

JASON Wstrap to hold down car was no good so I couldn't use the trailer to pick up the jeep i returned it couldn't use so I hope they credit my card for no use and give me a discount for next time very un happy to drive 4 hours and have to go home with no jeep

Kimber JThey charged me for 11 miles and I did not go 11 miles. The distance is 2.4 miles and we went 2xs and dropped the truck off. Not even at 2.4 4xs does it add up to 11 miles

DAVID GWaited more than 30 minutes to be attended to despite being first in line and getting there ahead of my scheduled pick up time. Their POS doesn't work so I had to have my card details manually inputted which is a security risk as I'm not sure they are PCIDSS certified and therefore authorized to store card holder details.

Julienne CThe office was disgusting — papers everywhere, and an overwhelming smell of marijuana. It took four separate attempts before the staff finally got us the correct truck and keys. The truck it self was also dirty and poorly maintained. The tires senator said it needed air, and the brakes were soft, so I suspect they need to be replaced.
