It was the worst U-Haul I have ever rented! it bounced around on the road so bad that my drink almost bounced out of the drink holder. It was all over the road like the stirring was real loose, I went off the road a couple of times. With as much as it bounced around me and my passenger both had huge headaches. I hope someone fixes it soon.
Jennifer PTruck was not clean - didn't think about opening the back before we left the pick-up location, and when we got home ready to load it, it was full of trash (looks like it was used for a new furniture delivery - had cardboard and plastic trash from new sofas, loveseats etc.). This put us in a difficult spot as we didn't have anywhere to dispose of the trash and ended up having to move it with us to deal with at the new home. Additionally, key was not in the key box when we opened it up to pick up. Luckily the business was open and they had the key inside, but it wasn't where it was supposed to be. Made it appear the business was using the uhaul for their own deliveries (especially since the trash inside was from a furniture delivery). Disappointing.
Donald FOverall experience was not good. My pick up location was changed by uhaul to best fit the uhaul company not my requested. And the drop off location was changed after our trip was in progress. There needs to be a better system.

debra mI ordered a 6 x 12 trailer at this location. Several days before pick up I was notified I had to drive another 25 miles to pick up this trailer. It would have been a nice gesture from U-Haul to bring the trailer to the place I reserved the trailer, instead of the customer having to drive to another city to pick up the reservation.
