ferrall H.It took me an hour and a half to pick up my trailer, they didn't know how to dispatch me out! Then they wanted to double charge me after I had already prepaid and checked in online. They called their rep for help and the rep tried helping them but they didn't understand English well enough to follow the instructions. It was a horrible experience, it made me late to pack the night before. I won't recommend this location!!!!!
DEANNA M.They didn't speak or understand English hardly at all so communicating to each what was needed was hard. They were not helpful at all when it came to dropping off the trailer and I struggled for 30 minutes to try and unhitched it from my truck with no help, and they never came out to see if I was ok or if I needed help. The place was run down and filthy

BILLY T.This location was 45 min from where I was located. After driving down back curvy roads with no civilation for 20 minutes all of a boom a random gas station. There was no Uhaul advirtisment and the only trailer was the one we were getting. The man had no clue was he was doing I had to fill out the paperworl while my boyfriend drove 20 min to Lower to get the plug to make the lights work since he didn't save anythingfor the Uhaul, he also didn't have a printer to print my contract. The man was asking me tons of questions about where I was from etc. I started feeling uncomfortable so I stood outside in rain until my boyfriend got back. A gentleman that went inside that I was lost or broke down checked on me and infored me the years he's been coming to the store he's never known him to do Uhauls and 10 minutes down the road was a few full service locations.
Crystal P.Could not understand anything he said. When I asked him where he wanted the car hauler parked. He pointed to the back of the store and was saying something. Then I asked if he was going to take a picture like the lady did and he said oh yes oh yes picture. I was able to understand that. So I unloaded the car and had to wait forever for him to come out. So I could unhook it and leave. The one main thing I would inprove is giving him some type of paperwork for him to show the customer what they need to do when they can't understand him.
