Well, improve your app for one, and secondly, I couldn’t even get your website to work. It took me HOURS just to pick up the truck because of this. I chatted with and phoned with multiple customer service representatives at all no avail. They were NOT helpful at all. Somehow some way I just miraculously got it to finally work, but I was incredibly late and so my first hired mover did a no-show and I had to get a refund for that and then I had to find someone else who could help me pack and move at the very last minute late at night, which was quite a bit more pricey to say the least. Lastly, please explain how the original price jumped significantly higher at the end of the rental after I returned it.

Kelly COriginal pickup location in Alpine did not have any of the moving supplies that I ordered and made no attempt to notify me before showing up. Franklin’s was able to quickly get my order transferred and provide what UHaul guaranteed. Highly recommend the Cropwell location. Completely dissatisfied and frustrated with Alpine location.
