Overcharged me after the fact. I told them NO INSURANCE NO SAFE DRIVE just the truck and they said that is fine. When I go home and got my receipt on email I saw that they decided to fuck me and charge me for it anyways. Scamming people :/Hailey K.

When I took it back to the location, I had hurt myself moving and I was in so much pain, I could barely stand up and they made me wait for a long time, I ended up in tears and had to go sit in my car and wait, then I had to call the store and tell them that I needed to go to the hospital so could they PLEASE check the truck in. They finally came out and told me I could leave. It was ridiculous.LILLIAN S.

The vehicle had no gas and had a check engine light on, to where the truck drove poorly. On top of every thing, the employees were rude and gave a hard time of reimbursing the gaa.DEBORAH H.
The truck was old and very slow . The staff was professional and very nice. I think you need to get new trucks and bring pickups in that location too, because they don't have pickups.BONYAN U.

I rented a truck, and a uhaul storage, which I was denied access to and drove 2 x the amount I had too, expending more fuel and more cost, and came out of pocket double what I should have. This was a horrible experience.JOHNATHAN R.

My original reservation was for the previous night at 7pm. It was supposed to be the contactless pickup via the app but it once we arrived at 7pm to pickup it said that we had to wait until the store opened the next day. This completely derailed my moving plans for the weekend, we couldn't start the move until the next day so I had to push my moving plans out a day and I had to call off work all because of this thing that didn't work. I am very dissatisfied and would like to make my complaint heard.WESLEY W.
