Wasnt a very smooth transaction. Due to a mix up with times (not the locations fault, but with uhual) and with complications with getting me registered in the pc. Trailer had debris in it when I got it. Also... not this locations fault. The equipment I wanted, wasnt available for pickup at this location. Had to choose another trailer. I know a number of years ago, uhual would have made sure what you wanted was where you wanted it. Apparently customer service is not the main factor with uhual!!??. But, as I said, that was not the fault of this location.

Owner of location said that I would be able to drop off trailer at a different location for no extra charge. When I arrived I found out that I could not drop the trailer there and had to take it back to original location. I contacted u haul customer service to discuss this and the person I talked to was rude and unsupportive, and did not help with my problem. I have never been treated like this before by any customer service representative at any other place I do business. If that individual is an indicator of what this company is really like and the values they hold, such as making paying customers lives more difficult while dealing with the stresses of interstate travel and moving, then I will find other places to rent trucks and trailers from and encourage friends and family to do the same.

Owner not familiar with application forms....Printer wouldn't work..Pickup site too far from my home..Had to reward the chains correctly before trip.

Took nearly an hour to get the truck key after doing self pickup. I had difficulty understanding the person at the desk. I think the problem was she had not seen a self pick up before. Eventually things were sorted out, but the experience was sub par.

This place was very well run and accomodating. However, I originally booked the truck through the Sunoco on Cedar Lane in Teaneck and they CLOSED for the day. I would think that you would confirm the pick location to be open before you schedule a customer to go there. I received 3 confirmation calls to pick up the cargo van on Cedar Lane prior to the date but no one called the facility! So I was 1/2 hour late for my event!

When a customer reserves a truck, tell them if they don't pick it up at 9:00 am or call at 9, their reservation will be cancelled.

Joseph (I think that was his name, last name was Sanchez) was great! Not only was he incredibly polite, but he was also very helpful. UHAUL made this move so painless for me. I was originally thinking about Budget, but UHaul was the better deal, better value, and best over all. Thank you!

There is no way I am paying $75 to refuel the tank when I returned it after putting in $20 worth of gas that morning. I had to drive an extra 30 miles because the initial pick up spot( Toms River ) did NOT have the vehicle I had ordered and I was routed to a different location( SeaGirt.) When I returned the truck, it was simply to a lock box location and I had no one to verify my return and the gas situatiion when I returned it.

I had a family emergency and could not use it for the whole term of the contract the staff was so kind to take the truck back although that wasnt the location i was supposed to bring it to and they refunded me for the time i didnt use it..... i appreciate you kind service and will continue to book with ure location here on....thank you so much for accomodating my schedule.

Due to snow and other situations we were not able to have the truck back at the location on time. When the people called and asked about the truck, we told her that we still had the truck and apologized for not calling earlier. She then berated us one the phone like children for 5 minutes waiting for responses. Telling us how we were disturbing someone's move. We told her that apologized and she said it wasn't good enough and that we were going to have extra charges. We said fine and hung up the phone. I'll take the extra miles and drop of the truck in the next town over, not to deal with this chick.

The toxic obnoxious irrational abusive person Theresa Florio Anzalone kept admonishing me an screaming at me that I was yelling at her. she refused to acknowledge that I had already paid insurance when i rented the truck per the reservation. she is a completely unprofessional, disparging and hateful human being. I have registered a domain name to put this up on the web and will posting the whole account with document. uhaul sales people in general are marginally professional, and do their best not to help you in any way shape or form

my issue was with ordering the uhaul on line. i'm glad i confirmed with place of pickup, i wasnt on their pick up list. it was actually to be picked up from another location. also reserved a handtruck, it was not on the truck and i had to go buy one at lowes.
