Bruce GI would not recommend this location to anyone. There is no place to park your car on-prem. You have to park on city streets, but THEY dictate where you can and cannot park, which is about a 1/4 mile walk. Evidently they watched me and I parked legally on a side street but they didn’t like where I parked and threaten to cancel my reservation if I did not move my car. I ask if they legally controlled what customers did off site like where customers could park, on Hopkins city streets? I pointed out several options, “what about there or that street?” They did not like being challenged on the logic, or legality of my argument, and they said no to all. They have you over a barrel once you get there, and who is going to challenge it when you show up and are on a time frame. I would go somewhere else and avoid the headache, give your business to someone who appreciates it.
Dave CThe only thing keeping my rating from a 5 star is related to refilling the gas tank. Because there is a charge per mile, I was not aware that I also needed to fill the tank back to the rate it was given to me. This added about 30 min and several more miles being charged because it was not disclosed at the time of rental. A quick reminder at pickup would have made a huge difference. Everything else went great!
Carrie LI was surprised by the late change to pick up time and location. Thus set me back 90 minutes in an important day where time really mattered. It also was less than obvious that I would be charged another $100+ for mileage.

John DThe truck had a dead battery. When I called roadside assistance, they jump-start the car and kept it running for over 45minutes hoping to go get a new battery from the U-haul store. Unfortunately, none was open, that obstructed my rest and take off time to Ohio making me to miss out on my scheduled appointment. An extra $40 was deducted from my card and I've been calling to fix it but I still can't get help from nk one. I respectfully request a refund of that $40 and compensation for the inconveniences caused by U-haul.

The location also had a bunch of political type quotes typed in large font around the location it was super weird will not be returning or using uhaul again. This has been my second experience that’s been poor I don’t understand how so many locations are not up to standard

WILLIAM CTruck was supposed to have 1/4 tank of fuel. In reality, it was very slightly less than that. We drove the truck about 37 miles during our 1 day rental. About halfway through our day it was down to 1/8 so I had to stop for gas. I would have appreciated getting a truck with more like 1/2 a tank of gas so I could have just filled up once when I was done with it.

JAYNE ENothing to change. The attendant was very helpful and got the trailer checked out and checked back in immediately. It was very impressive and a much better experience in terms of customer service than renting a trailer at Home Depot.

ANDREW LThere were coffee cups left in the cab of Van I used, and windows were very dirty. I understand due to cold it’s hard to clean, but at least drivers and passengers windows should be cleaned. Oil change light came on each time I started, but cleared off by pushing ok button. It was a good experience as the Van was new and had low mileage. Will definitely use that location again!
JOHN HTrailer pulled nicely. Friendly counter people at noth ends of the move. Lights were burned out on right side of trailer brake Lightes and Blinkers worked but running lights were not all working. Drop off location was super as far as customer service.
