I hated having to send my license information over the Internet. It’s completely unsafe. I have never given out that info online and in order to get this rental I had to do it. Complete garbage.

The trailer wheel hubs were very rusty, the trailer actually had damage on front end that was not in photo check in. The guy didn't make sure we had the right connections for electrical.

If your trailer is not adapted for 7 prong, then the rental should come with an adapter free of charge. Not only does the customer have to pay for the trailer rental, they also have to spend another$40 to purchase an adapter before even being able to tow the trailer off the lot. Or even charge a deposit, or rental fee for use of an adapter, then if the customer doesn't return it, then charge full fee for the adapter.

I was way overcharged, the office smelled of stale smoke. I was charged for 2 Dolly’s when I only rented 1! They put one in the uhaul and one was in there we made sure not to touch as it was zip tied and remained that way so they knew we didn’t use it! I only had the uhaul for 1 and a half days. So I should of been charged for 2 days but yet I was charged for 3.

OMG, I just Love Jennifer's sales savvy. She is the real MVP. 100 percent 1st class customer service not just to myself but other customers that came through while I was waiting. My stress was relieved. Louis also does a fantastic job with assisting or getting you to where you need to be. Beautiful teamwork, Dynamic Duo.

Baytown Self Storage rocks! I've used them for oth storage and U-Haul rental. Every time I'm impressed at how well they treat me here. When I've been forced to use another location (due to truck size needed) I've not been as happy with the service elsewhere.

This was the secondary site because the location I chose did not have the equipment I requested. The second location did not have the moving pads and wanted me to go to a third site to get them. Improvements could be made by U-haul actually making sure that the sites have what is requested in its entirety. The staff was helpful and friendly.

I reserved a 5x9 "utility trailer with ramp" from U-haul.com. That was a total fail. Equipment was "unavailable", "someone should have called you" This was a more expensive/poor alternative. Not the 2nd renting station's fault; a U-Haul system fault. Will avoid U-Haul in the future.

They did not know how to hook up the trailer, nor offered. I am a single woman and had to ask for help. They also did not initially write the contract per my reservation request. I had to call into UHaul twice and wait on hold for over 1 hour total to get the drop off location resolved.

The price of the trailer was double the amount. It was $147 to rent the same trailer for 5 days and make the trip from FL to TX. It was $297 to make the same trip from TX back to FL with the same trailer a month later. Why would the cost double in just a month. Price gouging on people affected by the hurricanes? Will not rent from Uhaul again. I used to rent from uhual all the time.

Went to pick my uhaul up, the place was out. Apparently my pick up location was changed and I was never told. Went to the new location, they were also out. Finally got my uhaul after going to 3 separate locations. Even with a reservation.

When i walked in i thought no was there just saw a child under the age of 4 running around almost naked and ask if where his parents were and we kept opening the so the door would buzz and finally after 10 minutes the child called his father whom was sitting in front of the office facing the tv with the headphones on completely asleep! He woke up and I felt that wasnt very appropriate. If your running a business keep yourself busy!

Wrong move to address was on rental agreement. It should have been listed as: 12502 Seattle Slew Dr Apt 902, Houston, TX 77065. Change of equipment was not updated on rental agreement. Assure that when an equipment change is made that the equipment number be updated on the rental agreement. Location was helpfulhen hooking up equipment.
