Mary B.hello, good evening, how is it possible if I talk to customer service and ask him if it takes me 3 more hours to deliver the truck and he tells me that he will not see an extra charge, they will deduct 250 dollars from my account for 3 hoursssssss you guys are crazy???? that's a scam that's theft of my money they'll give me the money back or let's see how we're going to end up!!!!!!

JESSICA R.This was a designated one way truck, reasonable to assume for "long hauls", yet it did not have cruise control??!! This was first time I've ever rented a small moving truck, so didn't know to look for that feature when choosing. In the future I will NOT rent any trucks from any company that do not have cruise control. Truck cab smelled like cigarette smoke and body odor, had to Febreze the cab 3 times, yet it still smelled. Also, windshield and side windows were dirty, had to clean them before the trip.

Rafael D.If your trailer is not adapted for 7 prong, then the rental should come with an adapter free of charge. Not only does the customer have to pay for the trailer rental, they also have to spend another$40 to purchase an adapter before even being able to tow the trailer off the lot. Or even charge a deposit, or rental fee for use of an adapter, then if the customer doesn't return it, then charge full fee for the adapter.
roshun F.I was way overcharged, the office smelled of stale smoke. I was charged for 2 Dolly's when I only rented 1! They put one in the uhaul and one was in there we made sure not to touch as it was zip tied and remained that way so they knew we didn't use it! I only had the uhaul for 1 and a half days. So I should of been charged for 2 days but yet I was charged for 3.

Purnima B.Baytown Self Storage rocks! I've used them for oth storage and U-Haul rental. Every time I'm impressed at how well they treat me here. When I've been forced to use another location (due to truck size needed) I've not been as happy with the service elsewhere.
Suzette T.This was the secondary site because the location I chose did not have the equipment I requested. The second location did not have the moving pads and wanted me to go to a third site to get them. Improvements could be made by U-haul actually making sure that the sites have what is requested in its entirety. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Juan T.I reserved a 5x9 "utility trailer with ramp" from U-haul.com. That was a total fail. Equipment was "unavailable", "someone should have called you" This was a more expensive/poor alternative. Not the 2nd renting station's fault; a U-Haul system fault. Will avoid U-Haul in the future.
