While my pick up experience was good. My phone experience with the booking rep was not. Zero stars. I booked from the Smithville location as both the website and the location dealer said the vehicle was available. I then got a call saying it wasn’t so I had to go further to get a vehicle. Which cost substantially more in mileage. Yet the vehicle in Smithville remained in the lot all day. I think this was a mileage money grab and I’m unlikely to use your service again.
