Upon arrival at this location I had to rebook my rental and answer questions that I had already submitted into the system. I told her this and she said she was reverifying. The entire time I was trying to answer her questions, the toddler on her hip was screaming and we could hardly hear each other. Twice during the transaction she stopped working with me to sell items to other customers. When I asked to see the booking and pricing.. she would not let me. Assuring me it would be the same as I had booked online. This interaction took about 25min. When I reach the vehicle the dash and steering wheel were sticky and dusty. The passenger seat was covered in dog hair. While driving I received a notification that my original rental was cancelled. I was concerned and then saw an email that a new rental was booked. I was charged $171.77 for this rental. I was quoted roughly$146.00 with additional milage I had already over calculated. Today received my receipt for $159.00 but my credit card is still charged $171.77. I will never go back to this location.

Staff were not trained on the rental process and the male Was very rude I have used this location many times but after this experience I will not be returning
Elizabeth PIt was a convenient pick up location. My only issue was that the 10 ft truck that I had reserved was not there at pick-up but they honoured the same price for a 20 ft truck that was there.
heather gWhen I got into the vehicle, I noticed that there was barely any gas in it.And there was juice spills all over the console and floor. I then went home, parked it in my driveway and went to go open the backtail. Gate, when I noticed that there was a lock on it. So I called the location that I got it from and the lady sent to me.I don't know what the lock code is... so I struggled trying different words that may match up to get that lock unlocked, considering I was already paying for a rental that I was not using. So my girlfriend called into you hall. Regional manager and he helped us out and got the lock opened. Keep in mind that the vehicle ran very, very rough, bringing it to my home. And after I loaded it up, fully and went to go start it up, it would not start. And I had to play around with it for about fifteen minutes before it actually started. Then, I got to my location, emptied out all of the cargo and went to go start it up again and the same thing happened. This definitely was something that I did not expect from a vehicle that only had seventy seven hundred miles on it.
marco dDifficulty parking 26 ft truck. Also the mileage was overcharged because they calculated it in miles instead of kilometres. I had to call UHaul to resolve—which was extra time and hassle on my part. The man I spoke with at UHaul (Jacob) was very helpful.
