Scheduled to pick up at 7 am, but Mobile pick up didn't work, had to come back 1 hour later for in store pick up. Staff at location is professional. I wanted the 15', at some point during reservation I was downgraded to 10', didn't even notice. Next time I'll take screenshots. U-Haul needs competitionRAFAEL M.

The truck I received wasn't clean it wasn't sanitize steering wheel was very sticky the flooring was dirty the cleanest part of the truck was the cargo section. Make sure the the driver section is properly cleanedCARLANTHONY T.

This was my first time with a U-Haul rental. I was not explained anything so I was not fully aware of fees such as gas charges. I was not notified of cleanliness which the vehicle clearly was not. The old paperwork from the previous rental was still present. Considering that covid19 is still very much present, the likelihood that this vehicle was not wiped down is concerning. Your mileage charges are misleading. Online it said that's it's for $.89 per km nothing was mentioned that if a customer was picking up a vehicle with a US plates in it that you'll be charged in Miles which is a different rate. That's what happened to the charges I incurred. Never was explained to be either when Inpicked up the truck yesterday. Just autopsied when I received my final bill online. Please be transparent. Plus the truck was so dirty, I have to hosed it before I can load my belongings. Thank you.Arwyn D.

Have a cleaner standard (I.e. periodic routine wipe down), rental trucks should come with tie-down ropes. If truck has been sitting too long, battery may be weak to start the engine.Kin F Y.
The sign up and pick up was seamless. But the vehicle seems unclean, it was a bit snowy and wipers were scratching the windshield as there was no rubber left in the wiper blades. It was tricky to drive with a dirty windshield. If the vehicles can be maintained well, this will be a good location for all UHaulers.Francis J.
The people who worked there did not explain anything. On top of the they were taking customers even if we're first. They made us wait to get the truck. When we returned the truck the lady told us we didn't put enough gas . I showed her the picture of what was inside the truck. Honestly, most unprofessional place ever. Never coming back.supan C.

Have the truck ready for the pick up time with all the dollys that the customer paoid for. Ensure that the vehicle is clean and nothing is broken. Ensure that the keys given are not faulty - make sure that the key will not break in the keyhole in the door. Ensure that the right code for the truck is sent to your office - roadside assistance was delayed due the the wrong code being sent. Inform customer about extra charges. I was charged the SafeMove fee by he convenience store clerk when he made me redo the entire check in process in person (seen on my email receipt after I returned the Truck) when I had clearly declined this option when I completed my Express check-in online.Shirish P.

The person managing the store was very rude and incompetent. The gas was filled to the Max the pump automatically stopped making sure it was filled to the top and the man said that we should have put 20 dollars of gas. Extremely poor service from this particular location. This is a convenience location and when I went back to give the keys and asked for a receipt the lady said no receipt you will receive in email and than than she sneaked in cleaning and exaggerated milage which was not correct. I rented a van for moving. It was in really excellent condition. I am really happy with the vehicle and rental process. Staffs were friendly and nice.Jain D.
-truck needs to be cleaned , not just the floor but the steering wheel, seats, controls, etc as they were filthy. They need to be cleaned with alohocol as well. -truck mechanical maintainance does not appear to be safe; was making a lot of ending noise as well transmission was not shifting properly. -back door padlock key was not provided.THAVANESAN S.
