William MMake sure your franchise maake sure they clean the truck especially the cargo area was a mess had to wash with a mop before using it then trash on the dash board stuff spilled on the center control area

ROSA RDissatisfied. Your utility hand truck was clearly marked at $7.99. Deduction from bank transaction was $10+ when I returned the hand truck with $7.00 rental cost still showing. I complained to Uhall agent for price adjustment. He said “price went up” adjustment “ain’t happening.? “ Poor customer service; I want Uhall to honor their $7 advertised price.
Marcella BHave the return location not rip people off like they did to me. I dropped the truck off Saturday afternoon June 4 and they put on my receipt that it was dropped off Sunday morning June 5 and they charged me 40 dollars for being 1 day late when I was over 14 hours early returning the truck. SCOTT RVery friendly at this location. On a Saturday mornings the regular U Haul is very busy. This was a nice and easy satellite U Haul.

DAVID DThe truck has almost an hour late for pick up. And due to this inconvenience we missed another very crucial appointment. This added extra financial burden. Also, when we made the reservation the quoted price was $113 but we ended up paying $170. The truck has not clean at pick up, we needed sweep it before loading. Laszlo VOption to get the key from the lockbox as advertised on the website and online reservation was not true. I had to wait until the business opened up and then the owner was 30 minutes late opening the store.d
RONALD VAbsolutely nothing! Dimple was AMAZING!! She was so helpful, and was able to gather the 60 blankets we needed. She explained everything thoroughly and clearly and even helped us load the blankets on to the truck. What an asset to the U-Haul system is Dimple at this location!!

JAIME CHave your employees come out and review a vehicle when you pick it up before you leave. I was blamed for $500 in damages that I couldn't have possibly done to the truck. Not happy.
Olivia AThe clerk was slow to respond, gruff in manner, said no paperwork was necessary, and grudgingly showed us where to put the trailer we had rented - in a weed-filled area that had a disorganized appearing smattering of U-Haul items. We were glad we had prepaid for everything in Nebraska before we left. Also, the address of the place is deceptive. We finally located the place after stopping at another U-Haul place a few miles away.
Thomas HReceiving my keys was a hassle. My order was done wrong, I was told owed more than I did because the worker was distracted, I was never told to return it with gas so I was charged extra for that. Upset at my experience.

Angelica RThe vehicle looked clean but when I wiped it down with antibacterial cleaner, I saw how dirty it was. With COVID-19, YOU should be sanitizing every vehicle before renting. I don’t believe U-Haul is taking this pandemic seriously or doing anything to protect their customers. I am surprised and extremely disappointed.
John RAttendant was rude. They did not have the moving blankets I ordered, and couldn't even tell me how many they had. They just gave me a bag of 5. I had to take my time on the phone to talk to UHaul and go to another store to get the blankets I needed.

Kelly LThis is a shady looking location, took an hour to get checked out. All kinds of scary life forms visit this establishment, but the owners were very nice. Uhaul has a computer problem with the last page drop off location, this is the second time I had an issue, it should not take over an hour to get checked out.

francis gDoes not accept checks at this location. Expected me to show up at a liquor store carrying cash to pay for Uhaul. Truck was dirty with cigarette ashes. Location did not have furniture pads or a dolley but I was still charged for them.
Ryan KThe guy barely spoke English, and there is now a charge of $75 on my card and I have no idea why I received that charge, because the guy didn't have me sign anything, didn't tell me anything would be charged, AND there was more gas in the truck than when I picked it up, so if anything there should have been a CREDIT to my account,not a charge.

claudio gI went to location listed and circled as my drop off. It was in Newark NJ. This building / location didn’t even exist. So instead of a smooth transaction. I and my girlfriend who was following me had to drive through one of the roughest communities I’ve ever seen with one man attempting to stop my girlfriends car at a Red light. One of the worst transactions I’ve made in a long time. Then on top of it I had to drive an extra 20 miles to another location. Call. Have locations switched This was a nightmare. I am disappointed in the lack of organIzation

Cole GU guys need to fix the u haul site is so slow and the service cannot be completed in time because the site have alot of trouble and then not all customers can't wait patiently.
Luis T1) Understand weather was cold - but we had to wait 45 minutes to get the truck since the lock was frozen. The vehicle should be prepped and ready to go at the stated pick-up time. 2) The vehicle had a severe safety issue. The driver side wiper would not spray wiper fluid. This caused very poor visability on the interstate as we were constantly being splashed by other vehicles due to the melting snow & ice. I had to stop at least 10 times to throw snow on the windshield to clean off the salt spray. You can have your U-Haul drop-off location confirm what I’m saying. I would not send this vehicle out until that wiper is fixed, especially during winter weather.
Dave SEnsure that all customers go to any other location. Close this location completely and start over in Beer City.
