Checking in at the counter was extremely frustrating and unnecessarily painful. My initial reservation, which was made directly through your website, had to be cancelled on the spot, and I was then forced to create a brand-new walk-in reservation with the counter agent. This wasted well over an hour, at a time when I was already in a rush. The issue was that the credit card used belonged to our company, so naturally the name on the card did not match my driver’s license. We had specifically taken the time during the online booking process to add me as the authorized driver, so this should not have been an issue. Even after speaking with three different customer service representatives, the only solution offered was to cancel the original reservation and start over in person. Very disappointing first experience with your company. The only positives were the price and the truck itself.

Alain RIl parlait juste anglais. Ma réservation etait pas recu Je suis aller reporter le camion plus vite que prévu, il faisait noir dans la cours, on ne voyais rien. Jai mis plus de gaz que prevu fait moins de km que prevu et on a repris 18$ de plus 4 jours apres sur ma carte de credit

Oleg S1)Rz-vs à 9 h le matin, l’employé était en retard. 2)L’employé ne parlant as français n’a pas pu nous donner les info demandées 3) Le camion était vide d’essence, nous avons débousé $90, il était sale, avons dû laver les vitres avant de partir et nous ne vous tecommanderons pasà petdonne et c’est la dernière fois que nous faisons de la location chez U-Hall à Rivière Beaudette.
