J’ai louer un camion et j’ai reculé dans mon entrée pour charger le camion et quand j’ai fini je suis revenu cher moi et j’ai remarqué une grosse mare d essence et par la suite j’ai été porter le camion et j’ai expliqué que son camion coulait pas de de dédogementpour l inconvénient de mon entrée très déçu de cette entreprise il prenne pas soins de leur camion et de leur clients

Person did not know anything about U-Haul. Store opened late and our movers were on the clock . When we returned the truck we stayed for more than an hour because he couldn’t figure out what to do
Catherine PChecking in at the counter was extremely frustrating and unnecessarily painful. My initial reservation, which was made directly through your website, had to be cancelled on the spot, and I was then forced to create a brand-new walk-in reservation with the counter agent. This wasted well over an hour, at a time when I was already in a rush. The issue was that the credit card used belonged to our company, so naturally the name on the card did not match my driver’s license. We had specifically taken the time during the online booking process to add me as the authorized driver, so this should not have been an issue. Even after speaking with three different customer service representatives, the only solution offered was to cancel the original reservation and start over in person. Very disappointing first experience with your company. The only positives were the price and the truck itself.
