Drop off was concerning. We dropped off at 7:15pm expecting to leave keys in the dropbox but a gentleman approached us as we were dropping off checked the truck, took the keys, etc. He had no shirt that identified him as "uhaul" or "Beiers Auto Supply" so we weren't sure if we were handing over keys to an employee or someone trying to steal a truck. Having staff better identified would have made us feel a lot better and safer. Other than that, the process was fabulous and the staff was very kind and helpful.

Nick KUhaul app non-functional (two phones tried, and another customer had same issue) for self check in....we had to wait til facility opened. As usual, they were good and got us going "old school" style vs another poorly executed technology "progress".

Edd GWe did the self pick-up. Our truck was buried in the back of the lot behind other trucks where we could not get it out. The owner had to come up and move trucks to get it out for us. Customer service was not able to provide us another truck. This set us back an hour and 15 minutes on our move where we hired movers to help us. Once the owner arrived, he explained the truck to us. But overall, not having the truck ready for us was very disappointing.

barbra nI have rented from this location a few times in the past 20 years. I don't think this location has been cleaned in 50 years. VERY dirty. The vehicle I rented was nasty, I had to clean the steering wheel with a sanitized wipe and it was disgusting. The windows side windows looked like they haven't been cleaned in a very long time. I won't remt from this place again, I will drive further to find a cleaner location.

I always love using this location. Great location, service and equipment. They make all my moves in and out of Missouri easy.

Josh BCustomer service was great! The one-way 5 x 8 trailer I rented needs an upper back door seal replaced though. Due to this rubber seal being chipped and cracked, it was extremely difficult to open and close each time I needed to. I don't know who would be responsible for making these repairs though.
