Iris and Cletus (The Owners) are 2 of the kindest, sweetest people you will ever meet. They are very knowledgeable and are happy to help with any issues that may pop-up. I rent a trailer from them about twice a month (for the past 8 months) and never has an issue. I will continue to go back and support their small Mom & Pop shop as long as they are around..
ARCHIE HPeople were very nice and understanding about the leak in the truck and took time to find it. I was able to check in the truck and give me a timely receipt. My only critique is the parking lot has quite a few pot holes and its not the most inviting, but the service and staff made up for that.

MARK MThe equipment was clean but not exactly in the best condition, the lights worked but the fenders were very torn up , the box trailer itself opened and closed correctly, but with UHauls reputation its sad they do not maintain the complete exterior of the trailer better. I rent trailers quite often and this was the first trailer that I have saw in this poor of a condition.

Cresta WMy truck was skipping. Exhaust leak and kept dying while driving. Barely made to drop off. Carbon monoxide was leaking in the cab and the box that had my property . Health Danger for my drivers

Andrey KMy excellent rating is based on customer service and the truck we rented. It is not a clean place and has a lot of stuff everywhere but I got what I needed and the people are very nice. Love that they are open on Sundays.

Krisandra TCletus is a gem of a man, his follow through, exceptional adaptability and ingenuity are extraordinary. He helped us load a vehicle on an auto transport. It was raining. The bottom of the car kept scraping while attempting to load. Cletus, stuck with us. He found some spare lumber to raise the loading ramps and after a couple of attempts, we got the car loaded. Most people would have given up, not Cletus. He just delivers on the fly. Highly recommend.

brad wI had 2 blow outs from tires that appeared to need replacement before I picked up the trailer.
david eVery old and distressed building / staff were slow and it took much longer than it should to get it put into the computer / person attaching it was not welcoming and stood and looked at me without saying what I needed to do to get it hooked and I had to guess he needed me to get the hitch cover off, also made me park in front of bunch of other cars to hook up, and by the time he was done, I had some ugly faces looking at me for blocking their was. U-haul should do better by not letting any mom and pop shop becoming a dealer snd should inspect the property first to see if they can even accommodate doing what they should do / Last but not least, how’s it that I should drive way out of my way to pickup a trailer without any compensation, but when I drop off (where I originally said I’d be going but Ballwin u-haul decided to put in chicago out of laziness) just a few miles farther than ballwin u-haul’s mistakenly put in location, I get penalized $17 immediately. Worst case, it should be a wash. In general, I believe u-haul is taking advantage from lack of competition but it was not a smooth and happy experience for me. U-haul can and should do better.

James HService was great however computer system was gliching. Took over 1/2 hour to get checked in at no fault of the operator. Operator tried several times to sign in using computer and finally, to expediate the check in, filled out paper rental contract and sent me on my way. Fix your system!
