The U-Haul app had a "No Network Connection" Error and I had no way to get help as the location was closed and there was no number to call. I am not sure if this is their issue or an issue with the wireless network, etc.Robert G.

Bell TIRE refused to check the air pressure in the trailer tires. One trailer wheel had a huge dig right on the bead. Trailer computer picked was stuck in the mud so I had to wait 30 minutes while they changed the paperwork. Bell tire did not have either dolly I rented, gave them to â€œa guy yesterdayâ€.Daniel D.

The only complaint I have about the whole experience was it was not made pointedly clear that I HAD to arrive at the pickup location within 15 minutes of my time or the automated process will fail. I thought it was an "after 8 AM" not "AT 8AM"Brandon L.

The outside of the truck and the cab portion were clean. The inside of the back, at a glance, seemed to be ok. However, that was NOT the case. When we opened the door and was going to start loading I saw a couple of things moving on the floor. Initially I thought they might be spiders - upon looking and seeing more start to come out from many different places- We quickly realized they were not spiders but in fact ALOT of roaches!!! And they came in ALL sizes! To say we were disgusted would be a gross understatement.kenneth H.

The reservation system is flawed. I reserved my equipment a month prior to needing it and heard from a representative ONE day prior to moving, saying that my reserved equipment was out of stock in the entire city. I should have received more notice than that to plan.karen S.

I knew that I wouldn't be able to return it in the normal allotted time. So I bought extra days not realizing that if I returned it early, I would not get my money back. This system only encourages folks to not be honest with you when they rent equipment. Next time if I know I'm gonna keep it longer, I'm just going to nickel and dime you day by day since if I try to guess and get it wrong you won't refund my money anyways. I wasted a couple hundred dollars not knowing this, and I would've appreciated it if the sales person would've told me that was the rule when I bought the extra days.Christian B.

The places I reserved trailers at al said that they had a trailer and could not rent them to me even after they were reserved. The gentleman ended renting me a trailer that I could make work. Very courteous and knowledgeable staff. Had no size truck I reserved, so he offered a larger at same price, but I couldn't use it due to the size. So he made sure to find another location with the size i requested, but fortunate for me he had one comeback early and he called and set up everything! Stop double booking. Customer Service was trouble. I felt taken advantage of because I was a woman needed service without a male present. I suppose to rental within an hour and half after being charged $77.50. I told the representative that I needed for a day, but after reserving and paying. I received a text stating the vehicle was due back. After calling corporate, my reservations were extended until 4pm the next day. The next morning, the representative called me asking when I was going to return the truck. He was upset because he was double booked again. I will never use Bell Tire again. I did not get the appliance dolly that I rented. I had prepaid since I had to pick through the app and I still had to pay extra before I could get the truck. I called the 800 number to get a credit for the dolly and the extra I had to pay, after being on the phone for 1 hour they did not resolve my issue.Younda D.

Service rep was very helpful, but the lights did not work properly on the first two trailers. I lost 30 to 45 minutes connecting/testing lights on three trailers and having to change the paperwork. I had checked in online to expedite the process, but the equipment issues more than offset the time I supposedly saved.Scott C.

This gentleman was nice but did know how to do his job . I rented a trailer for my car and I had no connections to connect to my car so I had no tail lights . I drove in the dark for 6 hours worried about my safety and my family and friends safety . All because this gentleman did not provide what I needed and did not do his job .
