A/C did not work. Unit was left without being properly cleaned out. We did not receive the dolly we paid extra to rent. Mobile pick up was a pain.

There was no jack or front leg on the trailer. That was very frustrating. I had to leave it attached. I needed to drop the trailer while stopping at my son's house. I don't want to pull the trailer when going to dinner or running errands.
clarence pCustomer service on the phone is terrible. They were unhelp and extremely rude. I had to move locations that were twelve miles apart and they said that the reservation guarantee wouldn’t qualify
