The pick up was awful. The man that worked there was not even there when I arrived to pick it up Someone called him and he did everything on a speaker phone from his home with 5 other customers in the uhaul office. I was expected to give all my credit info and personal address/phone number with all those people hearing it. I was not given any paperwork and he said I had to call uhaul the next day to set my drop off up as he was unable to do it The link he sent to upload my photos did not work. He said you can drop the uhaul off at anytime He DID NOT. Tell me that I would be charged an after hours fee of 20 dollars. Also while on he phone with him you could hear children screaming in the background. Awful service and I will not be back.
