The uhaul was terrible with suspension. Items broke during the ride soley because how terrible the shocks were. Also, Uhaul generated so much stress because they couldn't commit to an origin pickup and destination dropoff at registration. It was all a "wait and see what the manager" says...up until a couple hours before. For planning my move with this vehicle, it was stressful and not customer friendly.

NIEVES MThis establishment took a lot of time to give me my keys when I opted for mobile, contactless pick [this option ended up not happening]. I was also charged for gas which was incorrect information on this establishment's side, but I was able to get a refund process started through U-Haul support. Please be cautious and take pictures of the gas before and after! I personally would not recommend this location if you can help it.

RICHARD SThe add says 29 dollars a day plus 1.09 milage. They asked how long I would need the truck for I estimated 8 hours. It took me 11, got charged for 2 whole days!!!! For less than 12 hours. Over 240 dollars. False advertising to say the least! Don't offer something for 29 a day and then charge for two days when it takes me a little longer than planned! Alan NThe location for pick up smelled horribly and has live baby roaches crawling on the counter. The truck operated horribly, steering wheel shakes it was super hard to control the truck you can literally feel the wheels steering uncontrollably and the steering wheel was super loose feeling it was a dangerous U-Haul that needs to be serviced asap, the front suspension is horrible!

WILLIAM NThe place was not a nice facility. The employee was not knowledgeable or familiar with the computer system. Neither of the two employees could remedy fixing a non-working trailer brake light/turn signal.
JAMES SVehicle was very clean and ready for us. I was not aware it was a self guided pickup, as I don’t recall being told that(I might have been but it’s been a busy week). Once I realized i had to the check in myself, it was a super easy process.

Terry AGave me a truck with a check engine light on. Said it wouldn't be an issue, but the truck broke down at 2 a.m. Furthermore, I told him I was going to Dallas then back to Austin, but he only put me down for 72 miles. Then tried to charge for over-mileage!
