The van I rented was dirty on the outside. The place was closed between 11.30 am and 1.30 pm. I had to wait more than an hour to collect the vehicle.

The truck was a perfect size for our move, it also handled very well, was easy to drive despite it being a bigger car than I am used to driving.

The truck was clean, but the drive was not good. Perhaps the truck needs some regular maintenance so it wouldn't bounce as much. But the fellow at this location was very helpful and was able to rent me a truck after my reservation did not work out at the Ontario location on Vineyard.

I reserved a trailer online, and in the reservation said GUARANTEED or 50dls. And when I arrived to the location, they don't had the trailer. They make me drive 5 miles to an other location to pick up the trailer. I ask what about the guarantee of 50dls because they don have it, and they tall me that I have to call UHAUL I did it but just wait on the phone for long time and no body help with that.

Did an after hours drop felt safe dropping off even though it was midnight and I was alone. Lot was clean, and there weren't homeless people sleeping in the back of the trucks. I'd rent from there again.

No absolutely not. They called me telling me they were going to call the cops on me for stealing there uhaul trailer. I still have the texts. Also they are still charging me after you guys already took the money. A bunch if crooks if you ask me.

The truck could have been cleaner. But I understand, with so many different users, that it would not be cost effective to clean after every use. Overall, my experience with the entire rental was a pleasant one. I would rent again from Bens Complete Auto Care.

Forgot his name, but he was wonderful. I was a minute late and he was staying to help me and someone else who were running late on the return. Not sure why, but this location doesn't seem to forward phone calls to him? Sometimes when I call, it says "no one availabe, try again later" other times it says "busy helping someone else right now". Either way, these different messages indicate no one there can be reached. This is the case all day long.

Please provide clean trucks. During this pandemic cleanliness is much appreciated. Trucks older than 12years shouldn't be used if they are not in optimal level. Alot of body damage prior to check out and I suspect buckling of body. Please provide good customer service and not accuse patrons of damages when you have video cameras to prove otherwise. This is America and we take pride in our cars. So please don't put out junkers to rent.

The van was filthy. Needed a carwash, there was an empty bag of potato chips in the driver's-side door pocket, seats were covered in crumbs and the back was not spot clean. I rent from uhaul multiple times through the year for my catering needs and this is the first time it has been a negative experience. It is gross to arrive at a client's party with a large dirty van.

The gentleman who helped us was super friendly,kind and made the whole thing super easy. I am a paranoid person so I think having chocks or rocks under the tire when dropped off will be nice for the trailer.

- Gas tank was 1/8 of a tank when we received it. The representative told me to take a picture of the tank to verify proof of what I received it at. When I returned it to the drop off site I was still charged for a full tank, even though I bought the truck at 1/4 (more than the original 1/8). I was able to call customer service to receive a refund for this. - SafeMove Insurance was added to my reservation when I did not opt for it. When I realized after I was charged, I tried to tell the rep. within a minute of the charge and he claimed he was not able to remove it or refund me. I was told he would leave a note for the drop off location and put it on my file. The drop off location then claimed they had no part and I would have to call the customer service line or original location who charged me. I have yet to receive a refund for this "note" and proof statement that was claimed to be added to my file.

Checking in and out was easy. The equipment was clean. The only issue was that when I went to pick up I was charged for 12 furniture pads when I only rented 6. I told the guy when he gave me the print out and he said the system was down at the time so he will refund me the next day since he wasn't able to make changes on the computer? When I literally got checked in 10mins prior. I emailed them about the additional charges and still no response. I was charged the additional fees of items I did not rent.
