Terra GThe young man was really nice and helpful when I picked up the trailer. When I dropped it off there was a different guy. I simply asked if I needed to drive around to the side where I picked it up or stay in the front where I pulled up. He yelled give me a damn minute. I asked again all I need to know is should I pull to the side or not. He then yelled I dont give a shit what you do. I was then aggravated and said fine ill drop it right where im at. He stormed inside. I proceeded to unhook the trailer. He came out 10 minutes later and this is at a time there was not one other customer there. He came up and said so do you want my help or not. I let him know that is his job to help customers. He yanked the trailer off the ball and dropped it. He then just walked away. I was disgusted at his rude behavior and his foul language. I could have went all day without crossing paths with this guy. He makes that place look horrible.
Tonia HMy only complaint is with the hired help. They called and we discussed time. I sent pics of what they requested. We picked up truck at 10 and requested them at 1130. 1130 rolls arouns and no show. No reply to my message. 5 o'clock I get a call from a random number. It says we're in route. By this time, we had already sucked it up and moved ourselves since we had to return the truck so I told them to forget it we're already almost done. Just a very disappointing experience especially since they had so many positive reviews. Thankfully when I called Uhaul to rent the truck longer they apologized and let me have the truck the rest of the night on them. I'm hoping they will be able to recoup the hundreds I paid to the movers.
Cara MI was told that because it was a one way move and did not use your storage that I would get a rebate when I turned the truck in. When I gave the key to your employee he also said I would get a rebate & it would be deposited back to the card I used to rent the truck. It did not happen. Where is my rebate?

Roger JI selected pickup at one location and drop off at another, it prompted me with options one being a van so I chose it. And after renting it and dropping it off, I get a call from a police officer saying it had been stolen. After dealing with that you send me a bill for 350 dollars after using it for 33 miles and an hour and 10 minutes.
Tyler WUsed my app and it did not recognize my location. Had to call 800 number and had to wait 20 minutes to talk to someone. Than took another hour to get my code to pick up truck. Office was closed for the holiday. I had to pay an extra 2 hours for my UHaul helper because of this.

Sylvan RWas very disappointed the vehicle AC did not work. It was 90 degrees outside and moving gets hot. Was bad having to drive with windows down. Then told when I returned it I could not get a break or discount. Should have used budget.

MICHELLE BI drove the truck on my yard to get the ramp aimed at my front door. It sunk into my yard. I call U-haul customer service to get a tow truck to pull it out for me. They charged $450.00 to pull it 8 feet. The tow driver was at my house for lease than 5 min total time. The price seems way high for the distance and the time spent.
MATTHEW WVery kind. I left documents in my rental after I had returned it. I came back the following day and they were nice and prompt to help me retrieve it.
