Ease of returning vehicle...even though location was open I had to go through the app and had technical difficulties which caused me to return vehicle lateDirk P.
Pickup: Your mobile app did not allow me to upload images. I contacted support and they indicated that was normal and told me to use a browser instead. Unfortunately your website also does not support firefox web browser so I could not do a mobile checkin. I then spoke with the employee at the location of pickup and she checked me in. She confirmed that the app was broken and does not work for most customers. Dropoff: For dropoff your mobile app did not work. Again the local representative confirmed that the mobile app does not work for most users. I used my mobile browser to check out and was faced with loading times of about a minute per page. The representative again confirmed this is normal and happens to everyone. Overall checking in and out took me over an hour of loading screens and reloading broken web pages. This is unacceptable. The vehicle was fine and the remaining experience was good. Please fix your mobile check in webpages there is no reason they should be that slow and broken. Likewise please support non-chrome browsers and fix your mobile app to be working.Ailin S.
The location was very convenient. Uhaul has made significant changes to online check-in etc since the last time I used Uhaul. These new online / tech services were quick and easy to use - I was impressed!Erin L.

The odometer reading was wrong. I got charged for a distance I did not drive. I did not record the starting reading of the odometer and hence got screwed with the bill.Eswar N.

Store owner opened up almost half hour late. Was completely unorganized. Did not seem like she knew what she was doing. Did not explain anything to me in the sense that there was someone else needing the truck in a few hours. Just a terribly poor experience on a day no one wants to deal with anything else.GEOFFREY B.

The online booking tool should not allow a user to complete a request for vehicles that are not available in the entire lower Mainland or for a time when all of the trucks are booked. I able to request a booking for a 15' truck at 9am close to my place. Uhaul could only offer a 10' truck at 130pm much further from my place. Then the truck was 45 minutes late in being available. This meant that I got access to a truck 5.25 hours later than I was initially able to request.Gregory C.
Clarify the 2 parking spots in the rear, the cube van was left in a way that when we dropped our van off it was a tight fit. Doable but if someone with less large vehicle experience might struggle. Otherwise awesome, slick, and great!Heather N.

The van was dirty but I don't even care because the staff were friendly and helpful and the process was so easy. Much much better than the last location I went to where it took me almost an hour to check out a truck...Heidi F.
My U-Haul was booked for 9.30 but this location doesn't even open until 10. Why would a booking be able to be made at a location when they are not even open? Further, I was charged all kinds of fees for leaving the fuel in the tank less than half. When I took over the car from the previous renter it was almost at empty. Why should I be penalized for this? The operator of the store was also not clear with any of the walkthrough/directions. She did not explain any policies and basically just gave us the keys, so if there was some sort of fuel filling policy, I was not aware of it.AIYANA A.

Had a 9:30am reservation. Location was not open and I had to call uhaul. Someone finally showed up at 9:55am. Process was slow and frustrating with the clerk stopping our transaction to allow other customers to check out with their grocery purchases. The whole experience was full of un needed stress on a moving day with a strict time window. I will never use this location again and would look into other rental companies to use instead.ANNA W.
The store should be opened on time. I had a truck booked for 9:30 and the store was closed when I arrived even though it was supposed to open at 9:00. I did not actually get the truck until 10:00 when someone finally arrived.Jesse R.

your website and app locked me out from the 24/7 service. Couldn't pick it up this way or return it. Had to rely on the store's service but I had selected the van outside of store hours so this soured my move.Gabriel S.

I asked for a furniture dolly and booked it online. It wasn't available as someone else had taken it. Also the sign in process took a long time so you should recommend on your website that it requires around 15mins to get the keys before you can drive off so need to plan your time accordinglyIvor L.
