I would highly recommend this particular location at Barton/Nash for all your moving and storage needs. The staff are amazing! The manager Colin is absolutely the nicest human being on the face of the earth, he was kind, compassionate and so very helpful to my family and I during our time there for our storage unit. Thanks again to the staff and Colin, you guys are the bomb!!!🥰❤️

Shane G. | Overall ExperienceMy story dealing with Uhaul from Dec1 to Jan 9 is one too long for this space; so I will simply summarize my entire experience with the staff at UHaul as wonderful. From Tom, the manager to Collin and all other staff . I wish I could remember everybody's name; even the lady who keeps the storage centre spotless. Everybody bent over backwards to go the extra mile to make my business with Uhaul go convenient for me and very pleasant. My special thanks go to the manager, Tom. He turned a couple of potential problems for me into problems solved! I walked away on Jan. 9th from UHaul only with gratitude and not one regret of having dealt with anybody there.
Cahl B. | Overall ExperienceRodents got into the unit and left faecies over a lot of my stuff and chewed through a sofa and several other things as well as finding a dead mouse in the kitchen equipment I was storing. I threw everything out as a result. I complained twice to management about it and was told someone would contact me but I didnt hear anything from them. When I asked if they had a problem with mice, they said that they had only had one other incident that month despite there being mouse traps in the corridors. I think that this was an absolute waste of money, a disgusting storage unit and poor customer service.

COLLETTE S. | First ImpressionsI reserved a room and it was not available when I got there! Was offered another one which unbeknownst to me was more money! Paid for it and 3 days later got a letter stating I was late on payment and would have to pay a late fee! Went in and was told not to pay as I already had and that the company does this all the time! Received another notice maybe a week later stating the same! Was told by counter person (who was friendly) that it was NOT the correct price and to not pay. At the start of next month I received another letter stating same price, so I went in and was told by the same person he would talk to manager and see about getting the price I was quoted on the internet. I was told by him that if the manager would not agree (which I was told NEVER HAPPENS) that I could move out and not be charged. A week later when I did not get a answer, and looked at my credit card statement I had already been charged! When I went to see what's up, I had the unpleasant experience of meeting the manager one (Colin Reese) who was nothing like any of the other people who worked there. He was rude, ignorant and unwilling to listen. His only and final answer was that (I was wrong, and that's that!) I told him I was not happy and would leave a review. His words were I DON'T CARE! DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO! For sure do not go to this place, but if you must definitely don't deal with the manager as you will get nowhere!
