How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe staff were helpful and above and beyond. I required help and everything was dealt with professionally and swiftly. The only thing was, the movers I booked through uhaul was not available for the day I booked. I cancelled online, but the charge was already made on my bank’s end, I wonder if I will get my money refunded.
AUDREY M | First ImpressionsI when in and say with Janelle and distinctly ask for a 10x15 on the main floor level which she said there was one available, so I took a quote which I had to submit through work for an approval, when back a week later she (Janelle) said it’s still available as she provided me the first time with a mad of how to get to the unit, so I then told her I want to reserve it which she then reserved a 10x15 on the second floor which I only realized when I when to move in yesterday 31st so I was really disappointed and upset about that, and then They did not want to even take me to see the second floor unit so I can decide if it will be convenient and easy for me as is a long term storage I’m about to get as I was at my previous storage for 10 years and on the main floor finally with a lot of texting back and for to Janelle from her associate I was dealing with as Janelle was off that day she took me to see the unit and the facility access. Not sure why a tour of the unit is not easily given here and other storages are gladly willing to give you a view of where you will be moving your belongings.
