My reservation wasnt in the system, I was given a unit that was already assigned and locked by another customer, then after a 10 min wait transferred to another unit which didn't have a lock/was marked do not rent, then waited 15 more minutes to get a lock. This seriously screwed up my day as I was in a rush and was told that I'd be able to check in online automatically, which obviously wasn't the case.

This is the reason I left for a competitor. Non expeditious work, Zero customer service and all drugged up employees. Your company should call me. I will still use rent Uhaul products, but never here again. I also want happy finding a cockroach in my unit that came from someone else storage space. Update your pest control. Strong opinions on choices of hire. The competitor beat you in price, insurance and employee competency. They are local too and you can guess who. Thanks for letting me store.

Kelly C | First ImpressionsThe customer service was absolutely awful. I am extremely disappointed with how this location handled a very serious situation. My storage unit is being auctioned, which I understand is part of the process when payments fall behind. However, what is absolutely unacceptable is that the auction advertisement publicly posted my personal information, including details connected to my business. As a result, I woke up to multiple strangers contacting me across different platforms asking about the contents of my unit. Posting a customer’s personal and business information in a public auction listing is a major privacy concern and potentially unlawful. It has compromised my safety and well-being, as I now have no way of knowing who has accessed or retained that information. When I called to have the ad removed, the employee I spoke with (Tom) was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of taking the issue seriously, I was told to “take it up with Phoenix, Arizona.” I asked to escalate the matter and was refused. The call was ended abruptly. I also requested the payoff amount so I could immediately resolve the balance and remove my belongings, and that information was not provided. This was not just poor customer service — it was a failure to handle a serious privacy concern responsibly. I expected accountability and assistance, not dismissal. I strongly recommend corporate oversight into how customer information is handled at this location.
