Everything was fine, but they didn't have the dolly we ordered. Also, parking the van when we were done was a PITA because there were other parked vans.

The gentleman working was fantastic. We had multiple issues with the site not uploading DLs prior to arrival and the issues continued while in store. He was great, knew how to handle it and kept an upbeat personality throughout. He was super friendly, the truck was clan, easy to access , easy to return. Absolutely recommend this location

This person couldn't solve our problem, he said he couldn't do anything if we over fueled the truck. Over all we had a terrible experience renting a truck with you, serveral times our reservation was charged, lose a lot of money and time due to this inconvenience.

james richardsonThis is not the location I have originally selected. It was 20 miles away from where I wanted to pick up the truck. The U Haul website and app were malfunctioning when I came to pick up the truck. The login was impossible, and therefore I couldn't unlock the lock box with the key. Luckily the worker was on-call, and was able to come to the location on short notice, and help me with the reservation. No complaints about the location itself, but the U haul technology failed in every step of the way. Self pick up is unavailable when system is down, or shows an error. Very stressful experience, and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Turned out my drop off location was also somehow changed in the system, and I had to call the 1-800 to change it back. Unnecessary trouble, unpleasant experience. The mileage allowed for this trip was insufficient because pick up location is further away that originally selected. Why do I need to pay extra for extra miles if U Haul changed my preferred location?

JOHN AMBERGThe rep was very professional. Problem is it took hom almost an hour to sign me up for the truck that was pre-ordered. The computer was the problem. I was in a hurry due to pending hurricane, but wadter a lot of time waiting to be handed the keys.
