The location was an abandoned car lot/field in the middle of nowhere. We were notified the day before that our reservation was not available - this happens EVERY time when I am renting a vehicle for one-way usage. My reservation was for pickup 15 minutes from our location - WHY DO YOU PRETEND TO HAVE A VEHICLE WHEN THE RESERVATION IS MADE?? The facility was an hour and half away from our location which added 3+ hours to our moving time. The vehicle did not drive well, the alignment was off causing it to vibrate, the suspension was rough. If it wasn't for the seatbelt I would have been airborne with every large bump.

This location was supposed to be open Monday-Sunday 24 hours, it was not. Had to do the self-return, I didn't want to do it that way. I had turned a truck back in that way before and was charged a cleaning fee even though the truck was cleaner that when I had picked it up.
