There's no one there to help you and they didn't have the truck, or dolly, promised to me or another couple the next day. The location was sort of middle of nowhere....overall just not a great representation of uhaul for me.

I was amazed how easy this process is.
Donald NCan't get good internet so I couldn't submit photos of the returned unit. This is disappointing because I feel unprotected from future damage not being able to upload photos. I took my own photos would be nice to be able to upload them now. But can't find a way to do it.

ETHAN PDidn't care for the self check-in since I had cleaned the mess in the cab of the truck from the previous renter but still got charged a cleaning fee. That's ridiculous!
