This location was supposed to be open Monday-Sunday 24 hours, it was not. Had to do the self-return, I didn't want to do it that way. I had turned a truck back in that way before and was charged a cleaning fee even though the truck was cleaner that when I had picked it up.

I have a lot to say I'm angry about the whole situation. I want to speak to someone with higher authority at uhaul.
Gina VThere's no one there to help you and they didn't have the truck, or dolly, promised to me or another couple the next day. The location was sort of middle of nowhere....overall just not a great representation of uhaul for me.

Donald NCan't get good internet so I couldn't submit photos of the returned unit. This is disappointing because I feel unprotected from future damage not being able to upload photos. I took my own photos would be nice to be able to upload them now. But can't find a way to do it.
