How about not lying. Do what you say when a person sets up pickup in advance instead of jerking them around and not having equipment ready and where it was supposed to be picked up at etc. etc. Nothing was right and delayed two hours. Charged wrong for the insurance etc. It wasn't this locations fault. It started in Casper and with the main office with everything being wrongTherese L.

The Uhaul Representative(s) should take you to your equipment, or bring your equipment to you and give an on site 3 minute drill about what you are renting and basic function. I was just given the keys to the truck and had to walk about 2 blocks to a muddy lot to find my rental.. the side windows and mirrors were do dirty I had to find something to clean them with; or there was no way to drive safely down the street. The traffic control center/dispatch in Casper WY was very helpful. The overall loading and trip went very well, the equipment performed as expected.Gay P.
This location was amazing!!! The manager that answered the phone was so helpful and went way beyond her responsibilities to help us in need. She even came back after they were closed to make sure we could get what we needed to try and get us home to Michigan. We were so grateful for he compassion and eagerness to help us out. It would be helpful having the equipment available within the city it was ordered weeks in advance. I had to drive 40 minutes to pick this up and drive it back to load it and was delayed another hour once on location...Jesse Andrew M.
I was promised a trailer in Torrington, WY., but when I got there - no trailer. The people at dispatch could not have cared less. Not our problem was their attitude. I had to get on the phone and found a trailer in Douglas, 2 hrs away. The staff in Douglas was fabulous and c as me back after hours to hook me up. Yeah Cinnamon - thanks so much. Do not expect U-Haul corporate to care a bit if you have no trailer and the movers are coming in the morning.Kay T.
Cinnamon didn't seem to understand if it's not for customers she wouldn't have a job. Not impressed with her completely disregarding what we had informed her of. As well when you take a picture of anything on your cell phone it's imprinted into the phone. The truck was given to us filthy, no one could do a walk around with us, adjust mirrors or to validate anything to do with the Uhaul rental. Then having to listen to a child cry the entire time we are doing the pick up process. As well we had to go to another location to pick up the auto transporter to go with the 26' foot truck. This was a complete wreck from the start to finish. Constant phone calls back and forth to Uhaul. Storm in Casper was amazing. He is what customer service is about. He went above and beyond when we picked up the auto transporter. Since we had to drive a extra 114 miles to pick that up separate in the middle of the move and loading the truck. Which we were not impressed with. Uhaul you made your customer do you job!! We should not have had to pick it up . it should have been with the truck when we picked it up. We have to move our belongings one more time from storage once we buy a new home and we will be considering our options very carefully this time. Nicole at Iron Horse Towing in missoula Montana was amazing as well. Uhaul tried to charge at the end saying we were late and other due to their system was messed up. Sorry but fix your computer system and don't anger your customer by saying to them everytime they call in Our system is a mess which I heard everytime I had to call in. We had enough to deal with moving back home 800 miles our of state. As far as I'm concerned Uhaul made $1,300.00 and spit in our face!! Someday you will suffer a great business failure due to how you treat your customers.robert A.

A dolly in the storage compartment of the larger vehicles would be nice and work on reducing costs per mile if at all possible. The agent that helped me, Cinamon, was amazingly helpful and I would make it a point to work with her again if I was in need of storage or moving services in the future.

Please make sure you properly inspect the vehicle and trailer to ensure it is properly serviced and cleaned. When I got the first truck it had low air tire pressure, a warning light, and the tires were not the correct tires for the truck. It also didn't have a full tank of gas, and it was dirty inside. I don't know the last time it was maintained or serviced, and I got stuck in the snow twice. I returned it and exchanged it for a trailer instead. Cinnamon, the lady who worked there was very helpful and worked very hard to get me on the road in something safe. She batted for me to get my refund with U-haul and had to jump through several loops to get to the right person. U-haul needs to make their systems easier to work on and not let these small companies place blame on U-haul, they all seem to have a negative attitude about dealing with U-haul. I thought they were U-haul ? Customers shouldn't have to go through all that . Neither should the employees. Front desk employees Cinnamon and other girl were great. It was the system, inspection & maintenance of vehicle that was not good at all.Audrey T.

Our vehicle failed to start On several occasions â€“ 40 minute delay's. The vehicle actually quit while running. It's the first time we've used U-Haul that we have not been satisfied and were rather disappointed. Not to mention inconvenienced. 15 foot truck number GC on several occasions â€“ 40 minute delay's.
